Shoto Todoroki and Tenya Iida were soulmates. Knowledge the class was very well aware of. How the two boys had figured it out; was a mystery to everyone outside of of the DekuSquad.(and Denki now) For those who who weren't oblivious; the two had an almost magnetic connection. In pulses they would feel each others presence, dependent on how close they were to each other. But it was also made confusing because they receive a similar pulse from friends and family members.

Another somewhat strange pair of soulmates were Ochako Uraraka and Katsuki Bakugou. A pair nobody could really see happening because of their personalities. The two could share dreams. Now, could, is the key word. This doesn't always occur; for reasons such as one of them isn't asleep, one isn't dreaming that night, or simply it's a blocked dream. Most dreams are actually blocked dreams; their time span is short and the meaning behind the dream isn't important. Nightmares are more common being shared. Ochako would see glimpses of the night Bakugou was kidnapped. How he blamed himself for All Mights downfall. And Bakugou was apparently aware of the dreams Uraraka had about her family. They two had become closer, however they decided to remain friends. (For now!)

A fun one that most of the class got to witness was Asu-Tsu, and Midoriya. It happened when the class was on the bus to the USJ. Before the disaster that was. A happy moment ruined soon after... Anyways! The two had apparently been colour blind moment before. Both having a very Monotone and greyed version of the Colours in every day life. Midoriya could see Colours much more naturally, however as a side effect they were darker while Tsu's side effect was a more brown version of all the Colours. From Teasing to true love; it wasn't hard to see how the two could be made for each other platonically or even romantically. [they do end up in a relationship]

A sweet but not super complicated relationship was the soulmate connection between Tooru Hagakure and Mashirao Ojiro. It was clear from the first day of UA that they knew each other. Very well in fact. They two were best friends. And not much later revealed to be lovers. It was asked around why they dated; or how they knew each other. Ojirou would be all smiles and blush before looking at his girlfriend while her skirt flitted around to show she was spinning as you could hear her giggles before she would run over and climb onto Ojiro's back and wrap her arms around his chest as she badly whispered. "Should we tell them?" The answer always seemed to be not yet. But one day during a lunch a girl from general studies was flirting with Ojirou. He looked over to the table most of the girls were at for help. It wasn't like it was school wide knowledge that him and the invisible hero girl were a couple. It seemed then that they met each others gaze with a nod. Before their red string appeared to the whole lunch room as Tooru snapped him towards the girls table and out of the lunch line. The rest was Lovers History.

Soon after that it was soulmate reveal after soulmate reveal. As it turned out, Mineta had a soulmate, nobody he seemed excited about tho. It was a petit girl with an average body everywhere. She was nice and made friends with a few of the members of 1A. But she also knew how to properly deal with Mineta in a way beneficial for everyone physically and mentally and soon the class began to love her. The next piece of gossip however was that a Neito Monoma said he was to learn who his soulmate was soon because his connection allowed him to control them. What he didn't know is he was also controlled. The first day he wanted to be funny. He had to choose what his soulmate would eat through the day. A simple eggs and rice for breakfast, a spicy curry for lunch. And a popsicle for dinner. But when he noticed that he was also being told what to eat, he felt bad at making such random choices when he got a fancy grilled salmon and wasabi with wheat noodles for breakfast, his favorite food for lunch and and he was also able to go out to eat for dinner. So the next day he played nice and told his soulmate to wear whatever he normally wears alongside a beanie, hoping it would offset them in a crowd a little. But his soulmate seemed to not be appreciative of the spicy curry from yesterdays lunch so he had to wear mismatched socks with sandals while the rest of his uniform was normal. He stood out pretty well too. But Hitoshi was sitting over by Midoriya and Todoroki at their table and chatting away. He was wearing a beanie. Another choice appeared above his head. This one was evil. And he couldn't fully decide it himself. This was it. Pour water on yourself, or, face plant into your food. Water is it is. So he waited a moment and watched Hitoshi pick something out if the air. Instead of slapping himself he apparently had to start singing to himself loud enough for some others to hear. Anything could go. So he started humming Centuries by Fallout boys. He paid no mind to the raised eyebrow Kendou gave him ans instead watched form the corner of his eye as Hitoshi Shinsou poured a cup of water down the front of his shirt before letting out a loud cuss. Monoma decided to quite literally change his tune. He went for a towel and then walked over to the table Shinsou was sitting at and began singing "When I don't know what to do. There's a room I need to sit in. Surrounded by my favorite view. And I need a hand to hold. Someone to tell the truth. Would it be okay if I came home to you?"when he was in earshot and handed the purple headed male a towel at the last line of the song he sung; finishing with a small bow. Hitoshi could only look at him with utter surprise and a small smile that was a stranger on his face in Monomas presence
