Breech Of Contract Suit

I got a process server hand me a breech of contract suit brought about by Leila Williams and they made sure it was done in front of the paparazzi. Leila and her parents were standing there waiting to answer questions and they did indeed tell the world Anastasia was and is the writer Starlight Evans. I take the documents and have them removed from my buildings premises. They caught me walking out the front door of my building heading for a meeting. Security came running out after Jason sent a signal and I was handed the summons. I laughed when I heard what the summons was for. I told the paparazzi no comment and made a call to buy all the stock the Williams companies had for sale. I plan to crush them along with Leila. I will teach them to screw with me and my wife. I also had legal pull any articles they could. I had Barney handle on line issues as well.
Jason
The Williams family have no idea what can of worms they just released on themselves. These are carnivorous worms and they don't stop eating. Christian has been a busy man, he ordered staff to pull the Williams family files out and he had became their major stock holder before dawn. Their companies were going down and he is taking them down.
Anastasia
I was called by Mia and she told me I need to check something out and I looked at the link she sent me. I looked at it just enough to see where I was outed and the Williams was calling me a gold digging whore who stole Leila's fiancé. The site was taken down within a minute. It was just up long enough to cause problems for me. Jerry called me and asked if it was true that Christian and I were married and how long. I told him it was really none of his business who I am married to and how long I was married to them. I reminded him that I am not his employee. I have two more books that I just completed my contract with them after I send them into them for editing and the cover illustrations.

I can't believe the Williams are doing this and now I see they are suing for breech if contract saying Christian made promises of marriage to Leila. They blasted Anastasia and revealed her as Starlight Evans. Then called her a gold digging whore. Carrick called me and said he saw it all and recorded it as well.

I can't believe what the Williams family are up to, but they have filed a law suit for breech of contract and I wondered why it would include Leila when I found it was Leila bringing the suit for breech of his promise to marry her. Christian definitely has his attorneys on this and I am waiting on news of about him taking over the Williams's company. Christian called and asked me if he could have me handle this law suit or recommend someone that isn't going to go easy on Leila, he wants blood now. I give him Garland Martin's name and he calls him and gets an appointment with him. It will be a he said she said situation, but the fact no one heard him ask her or saw them kiss or otherwise.
Leila
Mom and dad really believed me about him proposing to mr, but all it was him proposing we just be friends and nothing else. He was on one knee trying to find Mia's diamond earrings and I got just the right photo from a friend I had taking pictures of us. Not once was there a hug or a kiss. He just took me to dinner the one time because Mia begged him to for me. I had her try again but she said she wouldn't be put in that position by anyone ever again. Lily Johnson helped me for a while until she found her own man and couldn't or wouldn't. I have videos and photos that make it look like he was on his knees to propose.
Christian
We get all the footage of Leila and I out in public and it sho2s me on my knees and Leila posed a way that seems like I am proposing until you see me locating Mia's earrings and I hand them to her. At no point in time or place did I propose to her and she has an engagement ring she says I bought and she has a receipt and it has my name and home address on it. I laugh because I know the place and I don't even go in there because they pass off basically costume jewelry as real. One of Elliott's friends had to sue to get his money back after a platinum engagement ring with a six carat Diamond costing him a fortune turned his fiancé finger green and the stone cracked. The store manager returned all his money saying it was accidentally put out in the case. The guy said they had others return their rings from that same case and realized it was the sample case and the real ring was in the safe.  The manager went back to find the ring and realized it was gone along with the case with all the real jewelry in it. I call BS.Too many people still having issues with them.
Jason
I go talk to the manager of the jewelry store that Leila said Christian bought the engagement ring from and he doesn't recognize the receipt or his handwriting. We are checking his footage and he has sold a fake engagement ring to Leila. But he never wrote a name and address on it. The receipt she has in her hands is nothing he would ever use. I show him a photo of the receipt and then where he sold her a fake ring for 20.00 it is made of glass and the ring is stainless steel, he says that way it does turn green. I ask if he would testify to this and he realizes who I work for and of course wants something for his testimony. He finally tells me that he can't find his thieving partner and asks me to find him so that he can get his insurance to pay for his losses. He has found a few of the pieces and because of the switch his reputation has went downhill. I tell him to hold on and call Christian and he tells me to go ahead but be careful about investigating it.
Three days later we have found his partner and part of the real jewelry along with pawn shop tickets. Selling the missing pieces. The pawn shops had to give the stolen property back, they hadn't sold it for fear they would be held liable. They kept looking for alerts for the jewelry and none came through but they held the jewelry after learning how expensive it was from their appraisers. I have the information for the manager and he calls the cops on him. Soon he has testified for Christian and we have the videos and we made it public that Leila was going to jail for perjury and Christian and Anastasia are filing law suits agains the whole Williams family. Our investigations are fast quick and thorough. Lily Johnson had a huge fight with Leila and offered to testify as well and told every secret she knew about Leila. Leila charged at Lily 9n her way out and ended up breaking her nose in the fall from missing her target.
