3.8. Y/n's Perspective: Wednesday After School Hours With My Friend (IV) (♫)

[June 27, 2129]
[5:30 PM, Wednesday After Time]

The two made it... to Y/n's room.
It was just a simple room with her TV to the right hand side of her study table, shelves filled with all types of books, DVDs, and Vinyls, and a queen sized bed.
Normally her gaming console would be in her room.
She moved it to the guest room so that both her and her twin sister can play together instead of locking themselves in her room.

Juro was embarrassed.
This is the first time he has ever stepped foot into a girl's room.
He liked how her room was assembled.
It wasn't really as girlish he thought he imagined.
More so, it was like a dream room anyone would want.

Juro:  'What a nice room...'

...
...

Still, it made him embarrassed.
Of course he's just a guy, but what other reason can he really blame it on?
That Y/n's a girl?

To be honest, it's the only reason the put the blame on.
Of course, it would be different if she was of the same gender as him.
Then he wouldn't have to feel this way.

Is it because having another gender of the opposite in the same room alone is just something most people would put in their taboo list?

Well in this case...
For Juro's case specifically, it was already broken the moment he stepped into her home.
It broke even more when he walked around her living room.
And now, it's in an even more crippling state now that he's stepped into Y/n's room.

Now he really can't call it a taboo now, can he?

Juro:  'It's only for movies... it's okay, Juro.'

Juro looks at Y/n again.
She's plopped in front of her DVD player.
He watches her as she gets the CD ready.

She gracefully tucks some of her hair behind her ear while doing so.
Even if she was doing simple things, his clear vision was blurred by this beautiful person.
His mind went blank for a moment.

He lost all his senses for a couple of seconds.
Then came around a flinching feeling.
Which quickly grasped him to his senses again.

Juro:  "Damnit..."
He curses under his breath.

He can hear his heart pounding loudly.

Juro:  'I can't concentrate straight...'
Juro:  'Shiba, why did you have to leave us alone like this...'

Y/n:  "Are you okay, Juro-san? Want me to get you a glass of water?"

Juro:  "N-no, I'm fine. It's okay if I can sit on your bed?"

Y/n:  "Of course, you're my guest! Make yourself as comfortable as you want."

Juro:  "T-thank you."

Y/n:  "You're welcome. Now where did I put that cable... Ah, found it!"
Y/n finds the cable to connect her DVD player to her TV.

The DVD main menu successfully pops up.
PLEASE ADD DISC TO DVD PLAYER.
It would blink in and out constantly to let her know that it works.

Y/n:  "It works! Okay time to add the CD in... And there it goes."
Y/n adds the disc, stands up, and sits next to Juro.

Y/n:  "You don't mind me sitting here, do you?"

Juro:  "I-it's fine. What movie did you put in?"

Y/n:  "Time TRAVEL Mysteries part 1, it's only like 50 minutes for each part but it skims through information and scenes thoroughly to where you can understand it well."
