9.5. Iori's Perspective: Heading Home: Shopping District (♫)

Miwako:  "Did you see that, Usami-chan?"

Tomi: "See what?"

Miwako: "That black cat we mentioned."

Tomi: "Oh, where?"

Tomi looks around for a while.
With the black cat nowhere to be found, she turns face forwards towards the three girls.

Tomi: "I don't see it."
Tomi: "So many stray cats around here."
Tomi: "Maybe someone's feeding them."

Miwako: "That kitty..."
Miwako: "I think it's the same I saw at school?"

Tomi: "I dunno."
Tomi: "A lot of cats look like that."

Miwako: "You both saw it too, right, Iori-chan? Y/n-chan?"
Miwako: "Didn't it look the same?"
Miwako: "Oh look it's over there."

Tomi looks to her left and right once more.
But no black cat in her vision was nowhere to be found.

Tomi: "Must've ran off already."

Iori: "After this..."
Iori: "You wanted to go to the record store, right?"

Miwako: "Yes!"

Iori: "You really must want that new idol's group album."

Y/n: "New idol's group album?"

Miwako: "Well, you know the lead vocalist?"
Miwako: "He looks a bit like Amiguchi-kun..."

Tomi: "So what?"
Tomi: "Geez."
Tomi: "Man, all the guys at our school suck."

Miwako: "There's not even one you might like?"
Miwako: "Being in love is wonderful, Usami-chan."
Miwako: "Even just watching from afar..."
Miwako: "It's like your heart is wrapped in a warm blanket."

Y/n: 'Huh?'
Y/n: 'What is this feeling?'
Y/n: 'Why is my heart pounding so much?'
Y/n: "..."
Y/n: 'For some reason...'
Y/n: 'I...'
Y/n: 'Feel warm.'
Y/n: 'Not just my chest...'
Y/n: 'But my cheeks are also warm as well."
Y/n: 'I just hope they don't notice me.'

Tomi: "Maybe, but come on..."
Tomi: "Have you seen how the guys react when Morimura walks in?"
Tomi: "Let's just say they're not looking at her eyes."

Y/n: "Well, she does have a nice figure..."

Miwako: "And I can sort of understand..."
Miwako: "As for guys I like..."
Miwako: "I think Amiguchi-kun's handsome."

Y/n: 'T/n might say the same thing, not gonna lie.'
Y/n: 'Well, not like she'll admit it publicly anyways.'

Tomi: "That guy's shallower than a cookie pan."
Tomi: "You sure do have strange taste in men, Miwako."

Miwako: "That's mean..."

Y/n: "Amiguchi-san is not that bad."
Y/n: "Come on, Usami."
Y/n: "Don't be breaking her hopes and dreams."
Y/n smiles at her, although it held a small thrilling aura.

Tomi shivers.
Tomi: "W-well...."

Miwako: "Gouto-senpai's pretty cute too..."

Tomi:  "Gouto...?"
Tomi:  "Him?"

Y/n: "..."
Y/n: "Really?"
Y/n: "Gouto-senpai?"
Y/n raises her eyebrow in question.
