It's Bongbong's birthday next week, almost everyone at the Capitol is preparing for his birthday party. He'll be celebrating his 65th this year. They were planning to hold the birthday bash at the provincial convention center where everyone is invited. There will be a lot of performances and gift giving from Bongbong and his family.

On the other hand, Leni still cannot give Bongbong a definite answer if she will be attending his birthday party. She currently went home in Naga to participate in the Traslacion procession and other religious activities. She's a long time devotee of Nuestra Señora de Peñafrancia so it wasn't new to Bongbong if she's in Naga. When they were still together, he would come over with her and Pen too. But after Traslacion, they made sure to went back in Ilocos for his birthday.

"Hindi ko talaga sure, mahal." Leni said over the phone.

He sighed, "Ako na mag bobook ng flight mo."

She clicked her tongue, "Huwag na, Bong. Ako na."

"Kailan ka pa mag bobook? Anong petsa na, baka hindi mo maabutan yung event dito. Sumabay ka na kay Penny papunta dito." He said.

She clicked her tongue, "Basta ako na nga kasi."

He sighed, he can feel that they're going to start a fight. "Leni, remember it's not just my birthday but it's Dad and Irene's too, plus Aimee will be here."

She rolled her eyes, "Oo na, sige sige na at padating na yung mga batch mates ko sa UP."

Call ended.

Leni decided to spend the following days in her hometown with her group of friends. She rarely goes home because of her work so she made sure that her time there will be worthwhile. She met with her HS batch mates, they went to different cafés and restaurants around the city. They also share some latest happenings with their lives and other things happening in the City.

Pen's flight was scheduled earlier than her mom since she will stay in QC for a day to ran some personal errands. She'll be traveling to Ilocos with some of her cousins while her mom chose to stay in Naga to meet with her UP batch mates.

"Hi! Oh my god! It's been a while." Leni exclaimed the moment she saw her friends from college. They're dorm mates so they are quite close to one another.

They exchanged pleasantries then proceeded to Magsaysay Avenue for their lunch. Leni decided to give them a tour around the city and to her new house in Magarao. "Wow! Sobrang ganda ng location nitong bahay mo, Lens." Amy, one of her UP friends commented the moment their car entered Leni's property.

"Naku! Thank you." Leni smiled. "Hindi pa nga ito tapos gawin, paunti-paunti lang yung pagpapagawa kasi syempre may pinapaaral pa ako." She chuckled.

They entered her new home. It's high ceiling with minimalist design. Everything inside is organized and labeled as well. It's very Leni. "Malapit naman na matapos si Pen. Konting kembot nalang." Amy said.

"Besides share share naman kayo ni Gov sa tuition fees and all that diba?" Tess chimed in.

"Syempre naman. Pagdating naman sa financial support hindi naman nagkukulang si Bongbong eh so thankful din ako kasi hindi na ako masyadong nahirapan sa pagpapaaral kay Pen. Alam nyo naman sobrang mahal ng med school." Leni shared as they toured around the house.

"Sino umuuwi dito?" Vina asked.

"Ako lang saka si Pen." Leni answered. "Yung dalawa kong kapatid hindi pa nakakauwi eh so hindi pa sila nakakapunta dito."

Vina frowned, "Si Gov hindi ba umuuwi dito?"

Leni frowned too, "Bakit naman yun uuwi dito? Ang layo-layo nito sa Ilocos."
