Jillian informed her parents that there will be a parents meeting and card getting as well tomorrow at 11:30am but Leni and Bongbong were both undecided on whose going to attend.
"Mahal, ikaw nalang pumunta bukas sa school ha. I have scheduled meeting with private sectors eh." Leni informed him.
"Eh I'm not free either. In fact I need to leave early tomorrow." He rejected.
She frowned, "Pano si Jill? Sige na attend kana kahit di mo tapusin yung meeting. May card getting pa naman bukas. Sige na, pa." She convinced him.
He sighed, "Sige sige na. I will be there, hahabol na lang ako because I will be in Ormoc tomorrow morning".
She smiled, "Thank you, mahal. I love you".
He gave her a peck on the lips, "I love you too, mahal".

Leni left the house earlier than usual as she has speaking engagement outside of her office. She was greeted by some officials and lead to her designated seat. After she delivered her speech, her aide excused herself, "Maam, may message po si Senator Bong." She whispered. Leni got her phone immediately from her aide. She opened his text message,

Leni was annoyed with the sudden news from her husband. She's a hands on mom to their daughters even before especially to their studies. She didn't want her daughters to feel neglected just because she and Bongbong has careers of their own and has bigger roles to fulfill as a public servant.
She looked at her wrist watch and whispered something to her aide which was immediately relayed to her PSG. She then stood up and bid her goodbye to some officials and other guests who are present, "Mauna na ako. Emergency."
—— Bongbong left the house earlier than Leni as he was scheduled to go to Leyte to attend the inauguration of 20 classrooms for elementary pupils. He planned to leave the province at 9:00 am to attend his daughter's parent meeting at 11:30 am.
Unfortunately, Mayor Richard Gomez of Ormoc informed Bongbong and the other senators about the earthquake which badly hits the city. "Madaming buildings ang nasira and mataas din ang number of casualties." He shared.
