It's already 9:30pm but Leni was still sitting on their bed watching the live simulcast of the Senate Hearing. It bothered her to witness how the Senators are engaged into heated argument because some Senators allegedly declined to sign the bill that aims to protect and stop the killings especially to teenagers. She searched for her husband and saw the tension in his eyes. She continued to watch and didn't noticed the time,soon she felt the drowsiness that she unconsciously fell asleep 😴

It's already 11:00pm when Bongbong arrived at home only to saw his wife fell asleep while waiting for him to come home. He turned off the television and slowly positioned her to the other side of the bed, "Goodnight." He whispered and kissed her forehead but she felt the movements so she was suddenly awaken,surprised to see him. "Mahal? I'm sorry,kanina kapa?" She abruptly sat down.

"No mahal,kararating lang." He answered.

"Sorry! Nakatulog ako! Kumain kana ba?" She asked. He shake his head. "Ha? Naku! Teka,prepare ko lang yung table ha? Sorry! Magbihis kana muna mahal." She started to panicked as she knew he was already tired and hungry as well and she was unable to prepare his food as she fell asleep earlier. She stood up and ready to open the door but she remembered something, "Ay! Hindi pa pala ako kumukuha ng damit mo Mahal! Wait lang ha? Sorry talaga! Upo ka muna dyan,kuha lang ako ng pampalit." She retorted and immediately entered the walk in closet to get his clothes.

"Mahal,bihis kana muna." She said when she got back from the walk in closet and handed him the his clothes. When she was about to leave,he suddenly held her hand. "Mahal..." He uttered.

She turned to him,"Yes,mahal? You need anything?" She asked remembering if she forgot to do something.

He shake his head and hugged her tight. "Thank you!"

She smiled and hugged him back. "Anything for you! Sige na,prepare ko na yung dinner mo..." She carefully withdrew from the hug but before she turned away from him,he held her hand again, "Tulog kana ulit,Mahal!" He uttered.

She frowned. "Ha? Pero hindi kapa kumakain."

He cupped her face. "Don't worry about it,okay? Kaya ko na. You don't have to do this... Get some rest, I know you're tired..."

She smiled and cupped his face too, "Mahal,alam kong pagod ka din kaya ako na... Asawa mo ko at obligasyon ko to."

He smiled and nodded. She then proceeded to the kitchen to prepare for his late night dinner. When he was finished changing his clothes,he followed her to the kitchen.

"Mahal!" He approached her and hugged her from behind while she was busy reheating the food 🥘.

"Hmm?" She smiled and waited for him to talk.

"You didn't kiss me yet!" He smirked and placed his chin on her shoulders. She laughed and gave him a quick kiss. "Kain kana!" She uttered. He smiled and started to savor the food.

"Ang mga bata?" He asked while eating.

"Tulog na,Mahal..." She answered as she was sitting on another chair accompanying him.

"I'm sorry,Mahal... I didn't join you for dinner kanina..." He uttered and held her hand which was placed in top of the table.

She smiled and held back his hand. "It's okay,Mahal... We understand"

He smiled and continued to eat. When he was about to finish eating,she suddenly remembered something. "Ay,Mahal! Bukas nga pala yung event ni Jill. Remember?"
