Vegas POV

I woke up next to Pete and pulled him close to me. I can't believe he actually wants to marry me.

I want it to be the most beautiful wedding ever so I decided not to plan this alone and surprise him because apparently I'm not good at surprises.

"Pete."
I kiss his neck gently but he didn't move.
"Pete."
I whispered in his ear and kissed it.
"Uuuhh."
I chuckle.
"Are you awake?"
"No. Let me sleep."
"I'm sorry, I can't. We have a meeting honey."

He turned around and snuggled into my chest.
"Baby we need to go soon."
"Noooo." He whined and it made me smile. He's so cute.

"I'll go dress Venice."
"No stay."
He held me tight when I tried to stand up.
"Pete you have to let go. I'll let you sleep another for 30 minutes if you let me go."
"Kiss."
I give him a quick peck on his lips and he lets me go.

I walk to Venice's room and take him out of his bed.
"Good morning little devil, did you sleep well?"
I give him a kiss and he smiles at me.
"Daddy."
"That's what your papa calls me too."
I smile at the memory of last night.

I dress Venice and take him downstairs for breakfast. I set him on the ground and he starts waddling around the kitchen.

He's actually pretty good at walking now.
I didn't know it would go that fast. He walks a lot but falls on his ass most of the time. He doesn't mind it and laughs.

"What would you like to eat? How about a smoothie? Your papa makes them a lot."
"Papa."
"That's right."

I make a smoothie with lots of fruits and vegetables and Macau comes walking into the kitchen.

"Hey hia."
"Breakfast smoothie? They're good for you."
"Since when do you make breakfast?"
"Just drink it."
"Where's phi Pete?"
"Sleeping."

He nods and drinks the smoothie.
"How is it?"
"Eh, phi Pete's are better."
I roll my eyes at him.

"You like my smoothies don't you little devil?"
He smiles at me and drinks the smoothie from his little cup.

"I'm off. See you tonight."
"See you tonight. Don't be late, Pete wants to have dinner together."
He raises his thumb and walks out of the house.

After Venice finishes his breakfast I take him upstairs and put him on our bed next to Pete.

"Papa."
He crawls to Pete who's still asleep.
"Papa. Papa." He starts poking his cheeks and Pete opens his eyes.
"Good morning handsome."
He picks him up and hugs him to his chest.

"Here. Breakfast."
"You made this?"
He looks at the smoothie in his hand and I nod.
"Thank you."

We sit together in bed for a while and Pete goes into the shower.
I love these kinds of mornings. It's not complicated or special but it's so nice to be able to have these kinds of mornings with my family.

Finally we're on our way to the main family mansion and Thankun comes running to us.

"Ai'Pete! I missed you so much."
He hugs Pete and then takes Venice from him.
"Let's go watch Pokémon."
We both look at Thankun in shock and I send Erika after them to make sure older cousin doesn't accidentally kill him or something.

We sit down at the meeting table and Kinn starts talking to the client.

The meeting took forever but they're finally gone.
"I'm going out for a smoke."
Pete said and Porsche followed him out.

"So what are your plans for the wedding?"
"I was thinking about doing it on the island. He loves it there and he really misses it sometimes, plus that's where I proposed."
"After he ran away."
"Shut up Kinn."
