Chapter 11 : Knowledge

Lynx's POV

"What? Who the hell are you?"She said in a hoarse voice.

I frowned, she looks different though. I went up to her and smelled her, she moved away uncomfortably. Yeah definitely not Vix, but why dose she look like her?

"Hey, hey, hey,"She said as she poked me, annoyed I grabbed her wrist. She flinched so I immediately let go.

"Sorry, sorry, I'm just a bit confused,"I said, as I examined her. She had long shaggy, dark brown hair like Vix but had extremely pale skin with lighten black eyes. She was wearing a cloak with holes over a long black shirt and grey sweat pants. Her belt noticeable less things on it, I also noted that she has a few small scars on her face.

Vix said,"How do you know my name?"

I said,"Slowly you really don't know me?"

She shook her head, I scratched my head and thought for a moment. I said slowly,"Okay, I know this might sound crazy, but I think I am from a parallel universe."

She looked at me, then she blinked a few times,"Well, can't say I've heard that before. What brings you here?"

"Heh,"I said sheepisly,"Well I got here by accident, so powers seem to be not working at the moment... Wait, your a witch here right? Can you help make what my Vix made, to get me here? It's a booster shot for abilities, can you help please?"

She thought about it and then shrugged,"Sure, I'll try, follow me."

Wow I thought as I walked with her, she really is a different person.

Some Time Later

We walked To break the silence I said something I was curious about,"Are you a human?"

She looked back at me, I said,"I mean no offense but you smell kinda weird-"

She her hands behind her back as she said casually,"Nope, ghoul."

I blinked and then catched up to her and said,"Wait what?"

Vix now looked interested,"So in your universe I'm still a human?"

I was confused, I asked,"How did you turn?"

She gave a shakily laugh and motioned to our surrounds, she said,"When all this happened!! In the chaos a ghoul turned me by exploding so his blood got on me."

"I don't know if I'm lucky or not becuase being a ghoul saved me,"She said as she sighed.

I looked around us, the snow was replaced with ash gravel, the atmosphere was more dense, you could hear moans of the foaming mouth disease in the distance. I asked,"What happened?"

She stopped suddenly and turned around and said,"This didn't happen to you?"

I shook my head and she grabbed my arms, she said happily,"So you could prevent this in your world!! No one stood a chance against Blood Soul when they broke the earth. But if you go back, you could warn them, you could prevent this from happening to your earth!!"

I was shocked, so Blood Soul did all of this? All the evil crap they did was for this. I then asked urgently,"What did Blood Soul do? What was their end goal?"

We began walking again, she said,"Oh wow, your guys are far behind."

She then suddenly began to run and I ran too. I didn't even realized we were at her home all ready. Some how it looked more messy and beaten up then before. She opened the door and kicked away tons of random magical things from the ground.
