Chapter 38 : The Fallen

Cole's POV

I commanded the wyvern to open it's wings and all the body doubles came rushing in an instant. I boosted Lynx up in the air to do a massive sonic punch that shook the ground and taking care of the first wave of shadows. Vix then cut her bandaged arm to summon two blood hounds to guard her as she sat down and closed her eyes, standing completely still.

I warped up to the Doctor and laughed,"You have no idea what's coming!!!"

I slashed at him with my syrthc and he parrried with his sword, he laughed and said,"Well then, let's see!!"

He blasted a fire ball at me, then powered it with wind. I waved my arm to warp pre dug up skeletons infront of me to block. I slashed the branch we were on and we both began free falling through the air.

He frowned and said,"The closest being to perfection, doesn't have a flying ability?"

I grinned like a madman, I was a bit hysterical from the blood lost, I laughed,"Yeah, dumb right!??!"

I warped Lynx infront of me and he went into punch the Doctor with another vibrational punch, the doctor went flying backwards, and before he could touch the ground, I warped all of us sixty feet in the air. We free felled through the sparkly night sky, me and Lynx were both teleporters, used to fighting in the air because of our powers. So we both attacking him repeatedly with out missing a beat. 

The doctor finally stopped smiling as he used some sort of magnet power to push the both of us away, he then materialized light and threw at us, Lynx dodged one, but I tanked the hit and got close enough to headbutt him. We both where disoriented, Lynx came up behind and punched his spine, he used his vibrational powers to mess up his whole nervous system, I then pushed shadows down his throat to suffocate him. He eyes darted around as were close to touching the ground. He was stressed now and gripped his sword as he changed reality again.

I smiled, I warped all of us to the ground. He then was flying as he looked like he ascend to something greater, he said,"I was thinking a little to small huh? Let's see you try to defeat God."

Vix appeared behind him and scoffed,"Yeah, sure bud."

She then casted the finally runes as the magic circle appeared all around us, trapping him in gold chains. He laughed,"You think-"

She smirked,"It's for your sword douchebag."

The chains broke the sword, shattering it to a thousand pieces. He reverted back into his normal human self, and I kicked up my scythe and plunged it deep into his heart. I slammed him into the ground so hard that it cracked as he spat out blood.

He managed to chuckle and said in a raspy voice,"Good fight."

I growled as I lowered my sythce at his neck,"Last words?"

He looked at me as the life faded from his eyes,"... I already got what I wanted from you now, your blood. My creation will be perfect."

I smirked and said,"To bad it will never come true."

I screamed as I slashed his head clean off, I didn't know if the scream was out of hatred or sorrow for the people killed by this man. I stared at his corpse until Lynx call out to me,"Are you okay?"

He had Vix on his shoulder, who looked a bit drained fatigued, sweating a little, I asked,"Yeah I'm okay, Vix are you good?"

She smiled softly,"Yeah I'm fine, just a drowsy, anyway that took a lot of resources from me so be sure to pay up later."

I smiled back at her,"Sure, I do that."

Lynx cracked his knucles and said,"Okay, let's try to-"

Rain then mindlinked all of us,"Hey... Guys.. I may need a little help."
