Chapter 14 :Goodbyes

Lynx's POV

I landed with my fist, sending a huge shock wave the blasted every Foaming back. I did a quick flip to punch a portal bellow me to send me above a golem about a meter away. As I fell, I kept punching the air multiple times, crumbling the rocks in the rock golem until I landed and slamed both my fists into the ground. Making the whole golem collapse, I barely punch a portal out of there. I knelt down breathing heavily, I looked up to see what everyone else was doing.

Vix threw four paper glyphs at the Foaming, making a stone wall in front of her. Then she took out a metal rod and began drawing a circle on the ground for I assume a big trap. Jack used ice to launch himself over the skeletons and Foaming to the elemental golems. Jack took out his staff and stabbed it between the cracks of a golem and ice crystals grew, exploding it from the inside out. He then created a slick ice slide down , as he walked on the ground he slashed the grown to direct a huge amount of ice over a golem, freezing it solid. He twirled his staff with his one arm and placed it between his head and shoulders and smiled a bit. But Ash seem to have troubled a bit. 

Ash was fighting the armored skeletons, she was currently facing a tall skeleton covered in plated armor and a long sword. She warped her swords to her hand again and warped behind the skeleton but it ancipated that and used it's sword to shove her back to the ground.

I portaled to Vix and said,"Why is she not using anyone's powers?"

Vix looked at me confused,"She can do that?"

Vix splatter some of her blood on the circle and touched it, the circle glowed green and a huge twenty foot tall, glowing green, fire wyvern came out roaring. The wyvern spread its wings and spew out a wide spread of darkgreen fire, burning them up to ashes.

I punched a portal to Ash and made it just in time to punch a skeleton that was about to jump Ash.

I said,"Ash touch me, we'll do a fist slam together."

"What are you-"She began but I cut her off and grabbed her arm to touch me. 

She felt a jolt and nodded still confused. We both at the same time punched the ground, shattering the ground all around us. The amplified shockwave made the surround cave shake and bits of rocks came falling down. The skeletons broke apart like toys, the shockwave was so loud that we all but Vix winched a bit. I looked around us to see everyone else finishing their fights.

Jack shot him self up to get to us and Vix recalled the wyvern into the circle and ran up to us. Ash warped her swords on her back and started jumping all aroundwith adrenaline pumping.

"Woo!!"She shouted while jumping up and down,"We just did that!! And I went through withdrawal on top of that, lett's goo!!"

Vix said with inspecting a shoulder wound,"Ash can do that?"

I frowned saying,"How do you guys not know? She has two abilities like everone with shadow powers, her second one allows her to copy other powers permanently by touching them."

Ash looked confused as blood began trickling down her forhead,"I can do that? Sweet!!"

I frowned and said grimly ,"Don't use it to much, it will destroy your body if you do."

Ash frowned and said,"Okay."

Jack said,"So what to do now?"

I looked at all of them, even if it's only been a few days we had been through a lot together. I sighed sadly,"I guess it's time for me to go."

Some Time Later

Vix said,"Okay, you can try it."

I took a deep breath and punched the air, quick and fast. The air buzzed a bit and then a familiar BOOM!! 

The portal looked like light blue bubbles, bubbling in on itself with a foaming sound. 

Rain, Vix, and Jack were all there looking at me. I ran up to all of them and hugged them all together at the same time.

"I really am going to miss you guys,"I said somberly.

Rain laughed a bit,"That's a first."

Vix elbowed her and smiled sofly at me,"It was nice meeting you Lynx"

Jack wasn't looking at me so I put my hand on his shoulder, he was a bit taller than me and I looked up at him. I said,"It was nice to meet you Jack, I don't know your Lynx but I'm sure he would want to to be happy."

Jack took my hand and said quietly while looking at me,"Yeah, your right." I hugged him again tightly and he hugged me to.

Rain just sighed and said,"I'm not a person who would ever thank someone but your an exception. Thank you."

I nodded and Vix threw a penicl at me and said,"If you ever need to come back to this world for some reason. Touching a object from our world should do the trick and using the booster ofcourse."

I said,"Thank you, thank all of you. Goodbye guys."

They all waved their goodbyes to me and I took a deep breath and turned around. Okay. Let's do this. I went in with a running start, I felt the familiar cold sensation of the tunnel as I tumbled through. I came out on the other side blasted to the ground, I groaned as I looked up and a Boom!! The portal closed.

I then saw a worried Vix and Cole looking at me.

Cole warped on top of me, yelling,"Lynx!!!!"

As he hugged me tightly, I felt my face burning up a bit. Vix rushed over and kelt down,"Oh my gods, I am so so sorry. I didn't know!! I thought-"

I flicked my finger and a blast of air shot at Vix's face. I said,"Don't worry about it. It was.. educational. And wow, the cold witch Vixen showing compassion?"

She didn't hesitate to throw her knife at me, I dodged it with ease. I cleared my throat awkwardly, saying,"Umm Cole?"

Cole was still hugging me like a small child, he looked up and got in way to close to my face. He said sternly,"Don't ever scare me like that gain."

I chuckled nervously and said,"Sorry, where's Rain?"

Vix said,"She was out running around the north to try and find you. Cole can you link her?"

He grumbled and warped behind me and wrapped his arms around my neck and said,"I'm not leaving your side for a while."

I blushed and immediately tried to get free,"Cole, let go!!"

Vix looked at us and smirked and said causally,"I gotta go somewhere, you two boys have fun."

I yelled at Vix,"Get back here!!"

Cole was mindlinking Rain so he couldn't hear me and his stupidly muscular arms are blocking my escape. I gave a big sighed and couldn't help but smile a bit and leaned against Coles chest. I was about to close my eyes when Rain ran here in a instant.

Rain was panting and gasping for air as she leaned against a wall. She said,"Lynx, do you know how far I ran-"

She looked at my situation and smirked also. I groaned and Cole said with a straight face,"This is exactly how it looks."

Rain laughed as I hoped for death. Then I remember what I had to tell them. I said,"Guys."

They both looked at me as I said,"I know what Blood Soul's endgame is."
