Sonnet - II

381 2 1

I now cast the state of the troubling wars
That my thoughts possess and keep
For my nights has brought me back behind bars
Drifting away is my soul sound un-sleep
Whispering words and blaming the sun
For the moon has shone so bright
Ironic, the shimmering beam there is none
But wide and vast are the broad daylight
Oh! What brought this black and white?
Hovering the empty and frolic life
Should my mouth be open, grin will fight
But alas! The reality is strife
What more can we face but to embrace the morning
When the rain and the sun it bring.
