Adora
"No, Catra, I don't need air." We we're outside just like that. Claire who some how'd joined us was on my left and Catra on my right. "How did we get here?"
"We climbed up, like we always do. Don't you remember?"
"I don't know what's happening to me. It's like I'm losing my mind."
"That's what... never mind." Claire said. She sounded distance like she was far away.
"You just need to relax." Catra advised.
"Yeah. You're probably right. I'm fine. Everything's fine." I looked over at Catra and this vision popped up. She was smirking at me but not like a joking way but like she hated me. I turned and looked at Claire and another vision popped up of her with blue and short. Not like how it is now.
"Of course I'm right. Everything's perfect."
"Not for long." Claire muttered.
"Soon, Claire's gonna rule Etheria and we'll be right by her side, right Claire."
"Yeah." She sounded dead inside.
"Cmon don't flake out on me now. This is what we always wanted. You would rule and we would be your right hand man. We'll get to stay together. It'll be perfect."
"Yeah I guess."
"What if we don't stay together? What if it all goes wrong?" There was more purple lightning. "Why can't you guys see that?"
"Adora? Stay with me, okay? You're just seeing things. It's all in your head."
"Adora." Lonnie called out. "Catra, Claire. Thought we'd find you up there. Get down here. We got big news."
We somehow got there faster than I thought, but Claire was still sitting up there. Slowly moving to get down. "What?"
"Okay, okay. We just got word, we're being sent to Salineas tonight." There was more purple lightning.
"But they said at the briefing that's not for another week."
"Adora, it's been a week." The purple lightning kept getting closer and closer.
"No." I put my hands on my head.
"Adora?"
"I know this is wrong. Can't you see it? My memories don't match. We're jumping around. Things are disappearing. It's like time and space aren't working right. And I——"
"Adora stop it. Stop." Catra yelled.
It some of it was coming back to me, "Mara. Portal. I think I remember. None of this is right. " I pointed at Claire, "You have Blue hair because I accidentally put a spell on you. You're Mara's daughter and you have to save me no matter what happens."
"Adora what are you talking about. Everything's okay." Catra grabbed my soldiers.
"Stop saying that. This isn't right. Everyone keeps telling me everything is perfect, but it's not. Everyone except Scorpia." I started running back into the Horde.
"Adora. Adora, where are you going?"
...
I finally found her. She was throwing paper onto the ground. "You don't think things are perfect."
"Whoa." She pushed me back. "Ever heard of personal space? I happen to take it very seriously. And also, what are you talking about?"
Things aren't right. You must feel it, too. I'm not sure why yet, but I'm starting to remember. I need to get into Hordak's sanctum and you need to help me." I grabbed her hoping she would help me.
"Hordak's sanctum." She started laughing which just aggravated me. "I'm not sure if you know but no one is allowed in there without express permission except..." her voice trailed.
"Claire! Claire can get me in, but she's with Catra."
"Catra?" Something clicked in her brain.
"You do remember."
"No, I—" She kept zoning out. "I mean, I don't know. And Catra, she was just scared, she didn't mean to— What is going on? I keep forgetting things. This is all wrong. How did we get here?"
"I don't know. I just know we have to go to Hordak's sanctum with or without Claire."
We teleported again and we were right outside Hordak's sanctum.
"How did we get here?" Scorpia yelled.
"Just go with it, okay? We need to get past those guards."
"Oh, man, this is a bad plan. What happens if we get caught? We are so fired."
I shushed her and she wished me back. We started to fight each other which accidentally revealed ourselves.
"Hey." One of the guards shouted. "What are you doing here? Hands up."
Before we knew it they were passed out.
"Ahhh!" Scorpia screamed. "Did I just do that? I am so fired."
"Scorpia, you need to focus. Non of that matters."
"I don't like this."There was this noise and when we looked forward the sanctum was gone. "Uh... Wasn't there a door here just a second ago?"
"Things are disappearing. It's gettin worse. We have to hurry. There's gotta be another way in." There was this black figure that ran by us and for some reason I knew she would help us. "There. It's that lady."
"What lady?"
"The one who says 'Mara. Come on."
"Okay, that makes no sense. But I'm gonna follow you because I don't see a lot of other options."
We were chasing after the lady but she was running too fast. Things glitched again and I found the sanctum.
"Why is everyone so fast? Whoa."
"This is it. Come on."
"I hope this works."
"It will. And you can go back to hating me."
"Lion, if you get us out of this, I promise I won't hate you. I will just dislike you a reasonable amount."
"Deal." I put my hand and she took it. I lead her to the place the lightening was coming from but it wasn't there. "No, no, no. This can't be right. It was here, it was right here. Where is it?" I was trying to think. "Catra. It was Catra. Catra did this. She captured me and Claire, she took... the sword. She activated the portal."
"Sword?" Scorpia questioned.
"There supposed to be a sword. My sword. But it's gone." Realization hit me. "It's in the portal. That's why we're here. I need to find it."
The goblin think started to screech. "Quick. Hide." We hit behind some computers. Hordak emerge from the darkness and stared right at where we are but didn't seem to notice us. We let out a sigh of relief. But I spoke to soon. The goblin started screeching and we started running.
