Lara awoke with a gleam in her eyes, it was finally assessment day. She tore off her blanket and quickly got dressed for work. Her work uniform was a maid outfit, but she also grabbed some other clothes and quickly packed them into a bag. She then ran into the bathroom and put her dirt-blonde hair into a ponytail before brushing her teeth.

"Lara im headed to the precinct, dont be late!", her mother hollered from the bottom of the steps as she opened the door and left.

"Wouldn't miss it for the world", Lara said after the door was shut with mischievous grin.

As Lara left her house she looked around to see the bustling city around her, carts with a variety of goods were being pulled through the streets, shop keepers were opening up their stores filled with a menagerie of products, and chatter could be heard from every direction, the bright blue sky and the shimmering sun were the cherry on top. Lara let out a sigh and let her smile widen, raising her shoulders and walking forwards with a bounce in each step.

The city of Grundgestein has been her home for her entire life, not to say she hasnt left, but never very far. She has never stepped foot in another nation, but she knows her home nation of Felsen like the back of her hand, she spent her childhood watching her mothers briefings and planning on her large map of the surrounding area, listening intently to her mother as she gave orders with the utmost authority.

Lara strolled across mainstreet interacting with just about every person she passed.

"Lift with your arms boys!", A older man yelled, trying to lift a sofa out of his shop with two younger men on the other end and the middle. The older man's foot got caught in a crack in the sidewalk and lost his balance, Lara dropped her bag and jumped into action, quickly holding the man up with one arm and holding the sofa up with the other.

"Are you alright Mr. Tischler?", she asked him while helping him back on his feet and then moving her second hand to hold up the sofa as well.

"Im quite alright thanks to you Lara, you two could learn a thing or two from her!", Mr. Tischler admonished his boys as he recovered. The boys rolled their eyes in unison.

"Sorry to ask more of you but could you help carry that to my cart dear", Mr. Tischler asked her, preparing to grab the other end.

"No problem sir, its a knights duty to help!", she said as she put her arms around the sofa and hoisted it away from the three of them with minimal effort, the boys eyes widdened and turned to eachother in shock.

"Your strength still gives me quite the shock every time I see it", Mr. Tischler said with praise.

"It's nothing really, I workout, have to keep in shape if I want to be a knight!", she answered humbly as she gently placed the sofa onto the cart, waving as she walked away.

The three of them sat there, Mr. Tischler waving with a smile while the boys were still petrified, once she got far enough his demeanor switched back, before turning he snapped "alright, quit your gawking and get back to work, we still have the coffee table!", the boys heads fell in unison and returned to work.
