"Dad?" Leni called the moment she entered their house.
It's already 4pm when she got home from the office. After meeting Bongbong earlier for Oplan Kontra Baha inspection, she went to meet some Mayors from Cam. Sur followed by another meeting with DPWH Region 5.
Bongbong left after the site inspection telling everyone that he needed to go back to Manila for his next appointment, but the truth was, he just stayed at Leni's house.
"Daddy?" Leni finally opened the door of their bedroom and saw Bongbong asleep.
She smiled and went inside quietly. She crouched a bit to stare at his sleeping face, memorizing his lines, loving him even more.
She leaned a bit closer and kissed his lips carefully.
He groaned a bit and scratched his nose.
She smirked, watching him sleep.
She just stared at him for a few minutes before whispering, "I love you so much."
She then decided to take a bath since she still have some appointment to go to in the evening.
After a few minutes, she can hearing Bongbong calling her.
"Mommy?" Bongbong knocked on the bathroom door.
"Yes?" Leni answered.
"Oh okay. Just checking." He said.
"Okay." She uttered.
After a few more minutes and she's done. She went out of the bathroom wearing her robe and her hair was covered in towel. But she frowned when she saw him lying in bed with his eyes closed.
"Dad?" She called, peeking a bit, checking if he's indeed sleep again.
"Hmm?" Bongbong opened his eyes to see her.
"Akala ko tulog ka ulit." She uttered.
"Inaantok pa nga ako eh." He said, changing his position to see her clearly.
"O matulog ka na muna. Aalis pa naman ako ulit." She suggested.
"Where are you going?" He asked, sitting on the bed.
"May dinner ako kasama sina Raffy tapos pupunta kami sa Cathedral kasi may concert dun yung Manila Symphony." She said.
He pouted, "You're gonna leave me here alone?"
She looked at him, "Alangan naman kasi sumama ka? Hindi ka papayagan ng PSG."
"Sama mo 'ko. I want to have dinner with you too." He pouted.
"Okay fine—"
"Yay!" He cheered.
"Pag pinayagan ka ng PSG." She continued.
He pouted.
"Pag hindi pumayag, wala tayong choice. Iwan ka dito." She continued. "Uuwi din naman ako agad. Right after ng concert, uuwi ako agad."
"Okay." He pouted.
She sighed and sat on his lap, "Bawi nalang ako bukas, hmm?"
"Oo na po." He nodded, cupping her waist.
She circled her arms on his nape, "I love you. Bawi ako bukas, promise."
He nodded, "Kiss."
She smirked and leaned to kiss him.
"One more." He negotiated.
"Mwwaa!" She kissed him a bit longer.
He gripped her waist, "Nanggigigil ako sayo!"
