Chapter 43

I couldn't help but buy her the damn puppy. Whatever she wants I'll give it to her. The smile on her face filled me with such satisfaction, that only I can make her truly smile like that.

We were in my car and she wouldn't stop cooing at the puppy and I'm starting to regret my decision of buying her that dog. All her attention was on the dog and I'm starting to get pretty annoyed.

We went to the store and she made me carry her puppy. The creature felt so small in my hands I was afraid to drop her. She was soundly asleep leaning on my chest. Delilah was taking her sweet time picking out a bed.

Of course she pick a pink bed, with light pink bowls and a light pink blanket along with some food and chew toys. We were about to leave when she gasped and ran to the isle.

Lord Jesus help me.

She was holding up small outfits. "Babe which one?" I looks at the outfits "both?" I looked at her unsure of what her reaction might be. "Good answer" she pats my back and we make our way to the check out.

When we got to her house Alessandro and Elijah come out of their cars with food in their hands and look at us confused. Delilah ram to hug them and took the food from them.

We walked inside and I put the puppy down it sat there staring at me and then sneezed adorably I wanted to squeal like a fucking school girl. I put the stuff down and pick up the puppy since it just sat there, staring at me.

I heard some argument in the kitchen, and decided to go look. " Well, maybe if you had texted me, I would have bought you some food but that's mine. Give it to me." I see Alessandro try to snatch the food from her. This is entertaining.

" I did text you and I even texted Elijah my order did you not see my messages cara de idiota." I raise my eyebrows at the word she just said. I think it was an insult by the way, Alessandro glared at her.

Oh shit, shits about to go down, I'm kind of glad Katerina is only 4 and I don't argue with her like this.

"Te voy a chingar Delilah, orita vas a ver." She backs up and starts running screaming apologies. I look at Elijah who was eating his fry's while looking at the puppy who was curled up on his feet, asleep.

I sat down and he offered me his fries. Delilah and Alessandro enter the kitchen again. Delilah looks mad until she sees her puppy. She bends down and coos at the creature.

"What should we name her" she looks at me and begins thinking. "Her name is nova." She smiles and picks nova who opens her sleepy eyes and sticks out a little bit of her tongue.

I help set up novas bed next to Delilah's bed while setting up her little bowl of water and food. The dog looked so comfortable in their brand new bed I was jealous of how peaceful they looked.

"Our child is so adorable" I smile, she's adorable . "I guess" she slaps my arm and hugs me thanking me again. We both laid in her bed when I head her stomach growled.

"Chicken nuggets with some Mc flurry's and we watch a movie. Da?" I suggested and she smiles and nods. I leave to get the McDonald's and was annoyed at them for taking long when my girl was hungry and were taking precious time that I could be spending with her.

"Heyy, is that all for you?" I look at the girl in the drive through trying to flirt with her annoying ass voice. I take out my gun and point it at her. "I have a girlfriend now give me my fucking change. And do your job."

She hands me my change with shaky hands and mutters apologies with her ugly crying. I grab my order and leave the drive through. When I got to Delilah's she was sitting there looking for a movie.

We watched tangled her favorite movie, and now mine as well. She started crying in the lantern scene yelling me and who. Me that's who. We spent the night together cuddling. She called it a sleepover.

I woke to something on my chest I opens my eyes to see nova laying on my chest sound asleep. I turn my head and see Delilah curled up next to me.

This is my favorite thing, waking up and seeing her first thing in the morning. She's cuddling her ugly bear. I pat nova and try falling back asleep.
