A/n - here it is! I did not end up making a Halloween-related special, but oh well. I think this one is much, much better. It's an irl special of (Y/n) playing in her first MCC. I hope you will enjoy! Thanks for 200k reads! The Q&A will be posted in a min in a following part :)

"Chat. It's time." I grinned at the camera and leaned back in my chair, using my feet to swivel it back and forth. The messages in my stream's chat were rolling in fast—faster than I've ever seen them. My viewer count had hit an all-time high.

This was expected, though, considering that this stream was my debut in MCC as a competitor. The MCC twitter had been teasing it for days leading up to the reveal of the teams, and the community had gone nuts—they threatened to revolt if Tubbo and I weren't on the same team together.

Now, Scott may be powerful, but he couldn't be held responsible for a global revolution over a  game in minecraft. Therefore, the viewers got what they wanted: team Blue Bats was the final team announced on the twitter page for MCC 28. Purpled, Philza, Tubbo, and myself.

I clicked on the server and watched it load on my screen. I glanced over at my second monitor and scrolled through my discord, looking for the right voice chat. I was interrupted by my character in the game popping into the MCC world. "There it is, chat!" I exclaimed, a look of triumph on my face, "we're in MCC!"

"Now what is the goal today? You all may be wondering the answer to this question," I continued, directing my gaze to the camera above my setup. "Let's throw out some ideas, chat, shall we?"

I scanned the chat, muttering the messages that caught my eye as they zoomed past. "Beat Phil in the elytra course? Fuck you. You know I'm ass at elytra. Phil can get those points for us."

"Well, chat, a couple of you guessed it, but let me tell you the goal of our very first MCC," I said with a laugh, "we're going to fuking win this thing. One for one, perfect record—that's how we roll. What do you guys say, hm?"

There was much consensus among my viewers at that statement. I grinned widely and switched my attention back over to my monitor. I eventually was able to find our team's voice chat for the stream. I noticed that only Phil was in it at the moment, and he was still muted.

"Okay...let's join the VC—" I hummed, thinking out loud, "Phil's the only one in it right now and he's muted. I bet he's still doing his intro, so I'll leave him to it. How about we look around the server?"

Turning back to Minecraft, I took control of my character and spun in a circle at spawn, taking in my surroundings. Since it was the MCC right around Christmas, the main area was dotted in snow and there were modded pine trees scattered around that looked like they were decorated in colorful ornaments.

I ran around for a bit, pointing out things to my stream that caught my attention. There was a statue of the baby zombie riding a chicken—if I remember correctly, it was the mascot—and instead of a crown, the baby zombie had a red and white Santa hat on its head. I also came across blocks that were modded to look like presents.

I eventually stopped exploring and returned to the spawn area, where multitudes of other streamers and YouTubers were running circles and gathering together. I stood atop a fence post and leaned back in my chair for a moment with a sigh, reading out donations and scanning the chat.

Then, I noticed a message pop up in my discord. Looking over, I saw that Phil had been joined by Tubbo and Purpled on the call and all three of them were unmuted. The message was from Tubbo, asking if I was ready. "Oh. They must be looking for me." I unmuted myself and then my headphones erupted in sound.
