40) She'll be okay.

Mayas POV
Carina, Scarlett and I are in the waiting room for doctor hunt or someone to come tell us how Andi is Scarlett is pacing around; Carina has her head in her hands  as I rub her back in hopes to give her some comfort I know she's blaming herself right now for not telling Andi to wait for me and her sister but we both trust Andi and no one could have seen this coming. "Scarlett come sit down sweetie." I tell her maybe if she sits she'll relax a little bit she's stopped pacing and is now standing in front of me and Carina all her muscle tight trying to control everything making that face she always makes when she's at a track meet that's not going her way or something seems to be out of her control. ( she's a little maya all the way making the "I'm maya Bishop" face as Carina said) "I'm good I don't wanna sit" she tells me she's stubborn like me also so it makes hard to reason with her. I just nodded and went back to want I was doing.

A few minutes later a doctor walks up to us "Mrs. Deluca-Bishops?" The doctor said I stood up along with Carina "that's us." I said "hey I'm doctor Hayes I'm Andreas doctor and this is doctor Lincoln. Right now  she is stable her leg was crushed pretty badly we had to do surgery to fix it; she also has a fractured right arm it's not a bad fracture. One thing I'm worried about more is her head she hit it is pretty hard Doctor Shepherd is looking into that as we speak." He told us "when can we see her?" Carina asked "in a few doctor Shepherd will come get you." He told us "thank you." I said and we went back to sit down "she'll be okay." I told Carina as I hugged her.

A little while later the doctor came and got us. She took us to Andreas room. Carina sat beside her on the right and I sat beside Carina. Scarlett stood at the door for a minute "you okay kiddo?" I asked her she shook her head no a ran out the door "Scarlett!" I yelled getting up to follow after her looking back at Carina before leaving the room "go she need you to I'll be fine." She told me and with that I followed after her.

Carinas POV
Shes so small in this bed she looks so tiny. I can't believe I let her walk home how could I. "Bambina please be okay and wake up okay we need you Bambina." I say to her knowing she probably can't hear me I didn't care  I knew all the best doctors were looking after her.

Scarlett's POV
After seeing Andi in that hospital room I couldn't take it I couldn't be there. I needed to leave I had to get away so I ran. I didn't stop I heard yell my name but I didn't care. I kept going until I was outside of the hospital. I looked everywhere trying to find a place just to be by myself. I ended up walking around the corner of the hospital and sitting down.

Mayas POV
I followed Scarlett she's fast but I can keep up when I made it outside the hospital I didn't see her she couldn't have gotten far I turned the corner and I seen her sit on the sidewalk with her head down, knees to her chest and her arms rapped around her legs "scar." I said walking up to her "kiddo i its sad but she'll be okay." I tell her sitting beside her. She looks up at me with tears in her blues eyes "what if she's not okay?" She asked "What if she doesn't wake up?" She goes to continue asking questions. "Hey kiddo listen to me your sister is a fighter just like your mama and you she'll wake up." I tell her "but you don't know that." She tells me "your right I don't but the doctors do and she has the best team of doctors." I tell her hoping it  will help calm her. She lays her head on my shoulder "mom I think I'm ready." She said "okay come on." I tell her getting up. I know it's hard for her to see Andi like this is was hard for Andi to see Scarlett in the hospital it's never easy seeing someone you love in the hospital no matter what happened to them to get out there.

When we got back to the room a few doctors were in there checking on her and making sure she was okay. Doctor shepherd came in when they left "hey Carina I'm sorry that this happened I just wanted to talk to you both about the head injury there wasn't a brain bleed. She hit her head pretty hard and I'm worried there might be some memory loss I can't be sure until she wakes up but that's what we will be looking for when she does." Amelia tells us "thank you Amelia. When do you think she'll wake up?" Carina asked "I'm not sure hopefully in the next few hours or so." She told us and we thanked her again and she left. Now all we can do is sat around waiting for her to wake up.
