Scarlett's POV
It's been a few days since I had to talk to the cops the rape kit came back and mama got the results from it. Mama told me I was clean and that they where able to get DNA of who did it. We have a meeting with a lawyer sometime next week. I don't want to go though with this I just wanna stay home and away from everyone. The only people I've been talking to was Sarah, Summer and sometimes my moms. Andi keeps her distance since the other day I blow up at her for coming in my room with out knocking. That's another thing I haven't left my room since I got back from the hospital. I'm not ready to go back to school and I think moms understand that but also I don't have the motivation to get up. One of my moms come in every morning with food for me to eat but I'm not hungry and I tell them that but they insist on me eating. Mom called the school today and told them I'd be back next week but I don't know if I will be. I don't want to face anyone at school. I hear my phone ringing I look at it and answer it.

Me: hi...
Sarah: hey how are you doing?
Me:I'm fine.
Sarah: I don't believe you. You have that look that says I need someone to hold me.
Me: really I'm fine.
Sarah: when you coming back to school I miss you.
Me: moms say next week
Sarah: that's to long I miss my girl... I mean best friend..(she bushes)
Me: no what where you going to say?
Sarah: oh nothing it's stupid.
Me: Sarah you bushed. What was it? (I smile)
Sarah:I was gonna say girlfriend..but I haven't officially asked you out and I didn't want this to be how I did it either. (She says really fast)
Me: girlfriend huh? (I question with a smirk)
Sarah: yes but I want it to be sweet when I ask you so this didn't happen okay. ( she says giggling)
Me:okay anyways how are you do?
Sarah: I'm good. Coach is making the boys and girls practice separately.
Me: why?
Sarah: coach said that it would be easier
Me: how would it be easier we all have to be at the meets together.
Sarah: um.... (She stops)
Me: what?
Sarah: scar I don't want to upset you anymore.
Me: no tell me why is it separate now?
Sarah: the team knows what happened at the party.
Me: how?
Sarah: someone on the team was talking about it and telling everyone.
Me:who? (I asked getting teary eyed)
Sarah: Scar I don't think you want to know right now.
Me: no I'm fine tell me.
Sarah: it was Kelly im sorry Scar
Me: it's okay...I gotta go
Sarah: Scar I'm sorry.. (she looked upset)
Me: I'm fine really but moms just called me for dinner so I'll call you later....love you ( I give her a smile)
Sarah: okay talk to you later...love you to ( she gives me a sad smile)

I put my phone down. I get up from my bed and walk to my door and put my hand on the nob. Before I can open the door mama opens it "oh hi bella how are you feeling?" Mama asked "they know." Is all I can say "what bambina?" She asked me "they know mama..." my breathing started to quicken "okay okay bambina breath okay" mama tells me I shake my head "they can't know why...I...she...." I couldn't speak It was happening again. Mama pulled me into her "bambina it's okay we'll talk to the school and figure it out." She tells me I try to pull away she just holds me tight. After a few minutes I'm back to breathing normally again "how about we try and eat something?" Mama asked me "okay but I'm not hungry." I tell her "just try." She says and I nod. We go downstairs I didn't realize what time it was. "Hey sleepy head." Mom says and I give her a confused look. "What time is it?" I asked "it's 7pm." Mom told me "oh." I say "how you feeling Scar?" I hear Andi ask from the other side of the kitchen "I'm okay and sorry about the other day." I tell her "it's okay I understand." She says and gives me a smile I smile back. We all sit down to eat mama puts a plate in front of me. I just stare at it while I just push my food around "bambina try some please." Mama says I try a small bite "I'm not hungry I'm just gonna go back to my room." I say as I go to stand up "Bella your gonna have to eat at some point." Mama say "I know and I will just not tonight." I tell her and she nods I go back to my room and lay down. I stared at the ceiling trying to fall asleep. I can't believe Kelly how did she even know? Not long after I that question goes though my head my phone rings I pick up

Sarah: hey
Me: hi...
Sarah: you okay?
Me:yea I think so just..I don't see how Kelly thought it was okay to tell people I mean it's not her place.
Sarah: I guess she thought since she knows everyone should know.
Me: how did she even know?
Sarah: I guess Cody told her.
Me: he's still at school?
Sarah: yea at least he was today.
Me: did I tell you the rape kit came back?
Sarah: no. Did they find anything?
Me: yea they know who it was they were supposed to arrest him today.
Sarah: who was it?
Me: I'm..
I get cut off bye mom yelling though my door "Scarlett  sweetheart you going to sleep?" I hear mom asked from outside my door "yes mom in a few I'm on the phone." I yell back "okay I love you sweetheart." She say "I love you to mom." I say
Me:like I was saying I'm not sure I didn't want to know yet but I'm surprised that Cody is at school and hasn't been brought in.
Sarah: why?
Me: I told the cops that I remember a tall brown haired boy and I thought his name was Cody cause he looked like Cody but I could have been wrong.
Sarah: Cody's a dick I could see him do that.
Me: yea but he's friends with Summer and if she knew it was him they wouldn't be friends anymore.
Sarah: she hasn't told you.
Me: told me what?
Sarah: they're not friends anymore. She said it was cause something that happened at the party.
Me: oh wow.
We talked for a little while longer then I looked at the time "wow it's already been 3 hours." I say "yea." She says and looking like she about to fall asleep " I'll call you tomorrow. Get some sleep." I tell her "okay love you baby." She says with a sleepy smile "love you to goodnight." I say "goodnight." She says and I hang up oh my goodness she called me baby I know she was sleepy but she said earlier she wanted me to be her girlfriend I can't believe it. Not long after I got off the phone I fell asleep.

Mayas POV
I jumped up out of bed when I heard screaming and the first thing I thought was Scarlett. Get to her room and see my little baby tossing and turning "NO NO PLEASE." She yells I go over to her "Scarlett sweetie wake up." I say  "NO GET OF!!" She yells "Scarlett." I say as I put my hand on her shoulders and she wakes up trying to catch her breath "hey hey shhh it's okay your okay." I tell her and pull her into me "your okay moms got you" I tell her "please stay." She say "always baby always ." I tell her after she claimed Down we both laid in her bed and I ran my fingers though her hair as she fell asleep and not long after I did the same.
