18) I'm just me.

Andreas POV
I wake up this morning and start  getting ready to go to Scarlett's meet today. After getting dressed and walk downstairs "you ready for today?" Scarlett asked me "shouldn't i be the one asking you that" I say "I guess but oh well I still asked." She says with a little laugh and goes to get ready for her meet. She seems to be in a good mood "what's got her in a good mood?" I asked mama "I'm not sure bambina." She tells me "here eat." She says putting a plate of food in front of me. I eat it and go to  get my shoes on so I'm ready when Scarlett and mom come
Down we can leave. About 10 minutes later mom comes downstairs "okay let's go." Mom says I get to the door and open it to walk out "watch out!" I hear Scarlett yell as she runs passed me to the car I look back at moms "is she okay?" I say "yes she's just happy." Mom tells me as we get to the car "come on we're gonna be late ." Scarlett says "no we aren't." I say getting in.

*at the field*

Me and mama go get sits while mom gives Scarlett one of her big speeches about no matter how good she does we still love her and everything. When mom gets to me and mama we sit there and wait for the race to start. It feels like it takes forever to start. Once the gun goes off they all start and moms are both yell Scarlett's name. I look up and she's in the lead like always. I don't see the point in me having to be here she knows I support her. All I do is play on my phone or do homework if I have any. "Go Scar!" I hear mom yell again  "mom I think she heard you the first 5 times." I say with an attitude "all you've been doing is playing on your phone. I don't care how many time I yell or if she hears me at least I'm being a supportive mom." Mom says "she knows I support her mom so I shouldn't have to yell her name when I know she's going to win." I say "then why come?"mom asked "Bella this isn't the time." Mama says "no this is all she does Carina every meet we go to." Mom says "Maya save it for later not now." Mama says "next time I'll stay home." I say under my breath. I don't understand what's going on anyways I have way more important stuff today anyways. After the race we go to the field mama gets pictures of Scarlett and her friends along with pictures of me mom and Scarlett. Then she gets me to take one of her mom and Scarlett. "Okay mama I think that's enough pictures." Scarlett says "you get great scar like always." I say I know I didn't see the whole thing or what all was going on but I seen some of it. "Thanks Andi." She said "oh can I go to Summers house tonight?" She asked moms they both said yes. We said goodbye to Scarlett and went to the car to go home.
After we got home I went straight to my room and started working on some stuff for school and college I know I'm a freshman but I can get early acceptance my Junior year so why not start on some essays right. As I was writing my essay I heard a knock on my door "come in." I say "hey sweetie." Mom says as she walks in. "Can we talk?" Mom asked me "sure." I say still working on my essay. "Okay put the school work on pause okay." Mom says "fine." I say and turn to her "look I'm sorry for what I said at the game." Mom tells me "but there was no call for the attitude." She says "it's okay and I know I'm sorry I'm just not into sports like you and scar are." I tell her "I know love." She says "why do I have to go anyways I don't watch it most the time and when I do I don't understand it." I say "because love you go to support your sister and she does the same for you." She says "when have you or mama made Scarlett go to a spelling bee or and science fair?" I asked "we..that..." she starts "see the only one she's been to was the one in like 3rd grade and that was because she had to be in it." I tell her. "Okay I see your point." Mom tells me "so why do I need to go if she doesn't go to my stuff?" I asked "because me and mama aren't leaving you here by yourself and you don't go to friends houses." She says "why not? And I would but they do the same thing I do on weekends mom they do homework." I say "Andi we don't want you stuck in here all day doing homework or college stuff your still a kid love be a kid." She tells me I don't say anything and look away from her "sweetheart me and mama are so proud of what you do we are but you got to get out of your room." Mom says I turn back to my work. "Andi look at me" mom says I shack my head "please." She says I look at her "don't make that face." She tells me "what face?" I asked "your mama makes that face when she's upset." She tells me "oh sorry." I say "I love you Andi and I want you to know that me and mama will try and be there more and get Scarlett to go as well okay." She tells me I nod. "Okay dinner should be done soon We'll call you down when it's done and I love you." Mom says as she leaves my room "i love you to." I say then continue working on my essays.
"Bambina dinners ready!" I hear mama yell so I put my pin down and walk downstairs to the kitchen me and moms sit down for dinner "how homework going?" Mama asked me "it's going I have 3 long essays I have to have done in a few weeks also a project in mrs.jones class." I tell her "what's the essays on?" Mom asked me "2 are for colleges and the other is for English it's on 1 of Stephen kings book." I say "wait college?" Mom said "yea." I say "what colleges are you Writhing to as a freshman?" Mom asked me "oh um Stanford, Harvard, and Johns Hopkins" I tell her. "Wow Andi that's amazing." The both say. I smile "oh is Scarlett coming home?" I asked "no not tonight she's staying at Summers house." Mom tells me "okay." I say we finish eating and go to the living room to watch a movie. They let me pick the movie which don't happen often cause Scarlett don't like my movies. About half way though the movie we hear a knock at the door. "I'll get it." I say getting up to get the door. I open the door "hello can I help you ?" I ask the person "I'm looking for Maya and Carina Deluca-Bishop." The person said "Andi who is it?" I hear mom ask "I don't know there looking for you and mama." I say and they come to the door. "Can I help you?" Mom  says "hello Mrs. Deluca-Bishop is this your daughter?" The officer asked as another officer brought Scarlett to the door  with a busted lip and black eye oh my goodness what happened to her? I asked myself..
