I'm not really a fan of coloring stuff but I did it anyway for Kyle. Kahit na medyo nagugulat ako sa pinagtatanong ng batang 'to, ngumiti na lang ako. Good thing Lauren can keep up with her nephew.

Para ngang naging podcast ko yung kwentuhan nilang dalawa. Kaya nagtaka ako nang bigla na lang tumahimik.

When I looked at the two of them, they were asleep. Kyle was laying on his stomach while Lauren's laying on her side. I couldn't help but smile at how adorable they looked. Both of them were still holding coloring materials.

Kinuha ko naman na yung mga pinaggamitan namin at habang ino-organize ko yung mga gamit ni Kyle, may narinig akong ingay. Si Lauren, parang may kinakapa na na-realize ko namang kumot.

"Lauren, you need to move to this side," I whispered but she only shook her head. "Okay...how about you lift your back?" Sabi ko pero umiling ulit s'ya.

She seemed half awake and half asleep kaya naman hinatak ko na lang yung kumot pababa. Thank goodness she did lift her back off the bed pero dali-dali ko namang binitawan yung kumot kasi maling side yung inusugan ni Lauren. Muntik pa s'ya malaglag sa kama n'ya.

I had to tuck her in before I moved over to the side where Kyle is. Then I carried Kyle in my arms as I moved the blanket again and tucked Kyle in this time. As soon as they were settled in, Lauren almost immediately wrapped a protective arm over Kyle. With nothing left to do in Lauren's room, I dimmed the light after checking the temperature of the AC and made my way out.

Nakasalubong ko pa si Kate na attendant ni Lauren and I told her that the two are asleep.

That was probably the last time I had some relaxed time with Lauren around. I was busy with my cases in the International Court and Mrs. Browne's case while Lauren's busy with her board exam. For Mrs. Browne's case I need to do better, best if possible. It's not a rare occurrence that people would doubt my skills just because I'm born with a golden spoon.

A lot of them think that everything I have was given to me as if it was my birthright. I never saw things in my life as such. I just had the opportunity and seized it while working to make sure that I do things that make me worth it. Well, honestly speaking, it might not be a stretch to say that I can get everything I want. But I don't want everything, I just take or reach out for what I need and want. Everything is too much in my opinion.

"Princess Lauren's dating," Leo exclaimed and I snapped my head in his direction.

"Who?" Tanong ko.

"The hell is up with that look, Christopher?" Mav laughed.

"No, just, open to get meals and stuff with interested people."

"Saan naman galing 'yan? Baka kung kani-kanino at kung saan n'yo lang napulot mga pinagsasabi n'yo ah." Sabi ko.

"Sige sabihin mo 'yan sa harap ng nanay ni Logan. It says in our family GC that Lauren seems to be open to seeing other people from what the Queen said." Leo said.

She's interested in going out with other people?

How is she going to do that when her board exam's this close?

I had so many questions, only Lauren could answer but I'm not going to ask her those. Hindi na rin ako nagsalita pa kasi sasakit lang ulo ko kapag nalagyan ng mga lalaking 'to ng malisya yung mga tanong ko.

But even though I told myself that I'm not going to ask Lauren any of those questions, I was still curious. Maybe I was too curious because even though I've been flying at least once a week back to Great Emerald for Mrs. Browne's case, I would go to the lake. Sometimes I'd see Lauren jogging there, sometimes I won't.
