**Three and a half weeks later**

"Thank you, guys, for walking with me." I smiled softly at my mom and Kacchan's parents.

"It's no problem, kiddo!" Mitsuki replied happily. "We're glad we got to spend this day with you."

"And we'll see you tomorrow?" My mom asked while squeezing my arm.

"Yeah, at five." I smiled. I'm trying to show them my brave face, but it's hard. How are you supposed to tell your mom you'll never see her again? How do you tell her you're living your last day? She wasn't like my friends. If I told her there was a possibility of me dying today, she physically wouldn't let me go.

I hugged everyone a little longer than usual before saying my goodbyes. I looked at the tall building in front of me. I remember when I walked in here for the first time. When All Might gave me his agency, I never expected everything to end like this. I thought I had it all. I never realized how fast you could lose everything.

I took a deep breath and slowly walked inside, pulling the oxygen tank behind me. I hated walking by myself for this reason. It was damn near impossible for me to pull it behind me while using a walker. Up until last week, I didn't need the walker. Now, I can hardly stand on my own without it. I'm officially out of strength and energy. I can't even get my quirk to activate anymore.

Luckily, Saki was already standing by the front door with a wheelchair. I pressed the button that let the doors open automatically and slowly made my way to her.

"Everyone is in the office." She smiled. "Do you want me to take you up?" She grabbed my walker from me and held onto my hands while I took a seat.

"Can you just wheel me to the elevator?" I asked.

"Of course," She smiled. "Let me put the oxygen tank on the back first." While she did that, I texted Uraraka to let her know I was heading up so someone could meet me at the elevator.

"Thank you," I smiled.

"Not a problem. I'll leave your walker down here so you can grab it when you're ready to go."

"Sounds good. Saki, I'm not only thanking you for helping me right now but for everything. You've been such a big help over the years, and I just want you to know how much I appreciate you." She leaned down and gave me a gentle hug.

"Helping and working with you has been an honor," She whispered. She was one person I wish I got to known a little better. Now, it's too late, and small moments like these are all she has. "Let's get you upstairs, yeah?" I nodded my head as she pulled away from me. I frowned at the tears rolling down her face as she walked behind me and gently pushed me to the elevator.

When I was in the elevator, she hit the floor button for me before stepping out. I listened to the All Might theme song and watched the number above the door go up. When it stopped on the floor that held the main office, the doors slid open with a ding. Uraraka was waiting for me with a broad smile on her face.

"I was getting worried," She pouted. "You're usually here an hour before now."

"I spent a little extra time with my parents and decided to walk here today." I smiled weakly as she walked into the elevator and stepped behind me. She slowly pushed me off of the elevator and down the hallway.

"How was the walk?" She asked.

"Cold, but it was so nice to be able to feel the breeze on my face for a while." I tried to take a deep breath, but I couldn't physically get any more oxygen in my lungs. This is the eighth time today that I couldn't breathe. It only lasted a few seconds, but that's how I knew my time was up. My lungs are shutting down. I can't keep myself breathing during the day. I don't think my failing organs are going to be able to wake me up tomorrow.
