Fix it! - Namjin Yoonmin Taekook

Since Taehyung chose to spend the night with his father, Jungkook decided to do the same. After work, Jimin guied him to his house without knowing Jungkook could find it easily. As soon as they enter, Jimin turns on the lights and Jungkook feels like crying. Everything looks so well taken care of. Nothing's dirty or left behind. Not only that but he's not used to seeing his home with the lights on. In the future, his father hates to wake up from his drunk state with the brightness of them so it's always dark. But now it actually looks like a decent place to live in.

- Wanna ask f-for a pizza? Mum is not home yet

- Grandma?

- Eh? I don't live with my g-grandma, she's back in B-Busan

- Oh, right...

- I'll go calling, you can leave your t-things in my r-room

Without asking where it is, Jungkook walks upstairs. He's kind of curious about how his room used to be. Turns out it's nothing like he imagined it. His future room is Jimin's current one. There's posters everywhere, a lot of space in the middle and a big stereo on the side. Despite having clothes on the floor, they're all far from the middle of the room. For some reason he keeps that part empty.

- D-Done! You found m-my room fast! Sorry I couldn't clean. I didn't t-think I'd have a guest

- It's fine. Uhmm what's all this space for? You could have a desk or a-

- It's for d-dancing!

Jungkook's eyes go wide. His father likes to dance? Park "you can't study music" Jimin has a part of his room for enjoying it?!

- You dance?!

- Hehehe I'm a-actually pretty good at it too! My dream is t-to be a dancer

- But...I thought you hated music

- You're confusing me w-with someone else! I would n-never!

- Never say never...

Jimin can't hear him whisper and simply sits on the bed looking out the window. With his phone he makes a signal using the flashlight. Only a few seconds later from the other side of the street he can see the same signal this time coming his way.

- What are you doing?

- L-Letting Jin hyung know I got h-home safe

- You guys look close

- We are. I t-think he's the person that makes me laugh the most in the world. He doesn't even h-have to say a word, the faces he makes are funny e-enough hahaha

Jungkook has to take a moment to follow his words. He never saw those two talk before this day. But they sound exactly like him and Tae in a way. He can't count the amount of times they had to talk through signals since their parents wouldn't want them together.

- And why don't you just text him? Or go there?

- N-No! Are you crazy?! Mr. Kim would k-kill me. And he's really s-scary

- That checks out.

He hasn't seen Jin's father many times but from what Tae told him it's better that way. He knows how much his crush hates him being his grandson so he can't imagine how Jin must be feeling right now. Sooner than later, the food arrives and they have a fun night talking about music and dance. Kook never got to connect with his father in this area and for once he would like to enjoy it. If it wasn't because they worked all day they wouldn't sleep. But their bodies are tired and they can't help to feel exhausted.

It's barely past 4 am when the younger wakes up. His sleep schedule is not perfect and it's not the first time this happens to him. He's about to close his eyes again when he remembers something. Jimin sent a text to Yoongi and he haven't answered by the time they went to bed. Curiosity gets the best of him and he takes his father's phone to check if he got anything. When he enters Yoongi's chat he can see his message was seen and the boy is writing an answer. Excited, he waits. However, seconds later Yoongi erases whatever he was writing. Over and over again Jungkook can see the amount of times Yoongi writes and eliminates his own texts like trying to find the right words.

- God, they're so whipped they can't even flirt without being embarrassed. Pair of idiots

He can't help to smile as he thinks about it. At least in this timeline their love isn't one-sided. After several minutes where Yoongi seems to be fighting with himself to choose what to answer, he finally sends something.

Rest well, Jimin

Well, that's disappointing. Jungkook starts to wonder how was he born if they can't even flirt by text. Too tired to think about it, he simply goes to sleep. The next morning, he finds himself in front of the happiest Jimin he's ever seen.

- Really? He didn't say anything else but that! Why are so excited?

- This is m-more than I was expecting!

- Low expectations should be your middle name

- K-Kookie, for me this is l-like reaching heaven! Haven't you e-ever seen the boy you liked and thought...A small d-detail from him is enough to drive you c-crazy?

- I... Maybe...But that's just because every little thing Tae does is so lovely~

- Your e-eyes will turn into hearts hahaha

- Either way... don't you want something else from him?

- I told you I'll a-ask him out for our g-graduation

- That's it?

- You don't g-get it. One n-night in his arms is enough for me to be happy f-forever

- And I thought he was whipped...

Jungkook's phone rings with a text from his own weak point. Half hour later he finds himself in Namjoon's place giving Tae some pills for his headache

- One day away from me and you call me with a hangover

- Please don't talk too loud, I feel like my brain is killing himself

- You don't usually drink that much. Was Namjoon really sharing that many beers with you?

- Best father and son moment so far

Jungkook can see the faint smile appear even though he looks exhausted. Not being able to stop himself, he gives Tae a massage near his temples helping him feel better.

- Does this help?

- Hmmm your hands are out of this world, Kook

The sweetness in his voice, and the way Tae relaxes with his touch. Something as small as that is enough for Jungkook to feel on the moon. He's starting to understand Jimin in this sense. But for him, it only leaves him wanting more. He has his hopes up...not knowing Tae has different plans for them.
