'PEPPER!' You yell as you set foot in the house again. She startles from the loudness of your voice, the anger makes her heart drop.

She could've known that this would end in bloodshed, but she didn't expect you to show up at the house like this.

'Y/n, what on earth are you doing?' She puts her hands up as her eyes turn big.

You're drenched in rain and clearly rage has taken over your mind as you stand here, dropping on that carpet. Your gun is trained in her.

'You can drop the act, James told my father everything.. he knows you killed Natasha, that you killed Wanda to silence her and most importantly, that you killed my mother to get to my father...I do have to admit, you're clever...'

Her big eyes turn normal again and a smirk spreads across her face. The facade finally falling from her as she takes a few steps to get closer to you.

'Oh well... i did what I had to do... your father would've never fallen for me if your mother would still be in the picture and as for Wanda? Well she was too close... just like you...So what will you do? I'll en able to manipulate your father into forgiving me, or I will just tell him you're lying, with the shit you've pulled... he won't hesitate to believe me...'

'You're lucky I know what it's like to grow up without a mother or I would've put a bullet between those eyes a long time ago...' you hiss.

'Then what are you waiting for?' She steps even closer, the gun pressing against the underside of her face.

'You got that dad?' You ask.

'Yeah I did...' Tony's voice fills the room and you see Pepper flinch.

They managed to convince you to lay off of it a bit. To let them handle it without too much violence, for Morgan.

They even gave you an empty gun, afraid you'd make a mess anyway if Pepper said just the things to piss you off even more. They don't know that you know it's empty though.

'I heard you say that it should have been Y/n!' Morgan speaks up as she rounds the corner. 'You murdered them!'

'Morgan baby-'

'No!' She tells angry. 'You tried to kill my big sister!'

Pepper starts to panic, she didn't count on everyone turning against her.

'Victoria and Cecilia already confessed to the feds, you're done..' Tony tells her as he steps closer.

She however has other plans, pushing you away and stepping back from Tony. She quickly grasps the gun tied underneath the desk.

She points it at you and shoots making you yell out in pain. 'Get her!' You yell at James while you try to stand again.

Blood oozes from the side of your body and so you press your hand against it. 'Y/n!' Morgan yells as she rushes towards you.

Her arms wrap around you, careful to leave the wound untouched. Your hand comes up to lay on her back, soothing her.

'You think this will stop me?' She gets pushed to the ground. Her face turning red from anger. 'I've known this for weeks, I've planned this out for weeks...you think I was drunk when that guy came in my room?'

'What?'

'You didn't think I would drink even a drop of alcohol when in a house that got broken into, right?' You breathe with a chuckle. 'Or that I'd willingly go to a function with Stephen Strange? Or that dinner with Victoria and Cecilia...I have friends that helped me get all this information...you would go down anyways.. but you decided to speed things up when Sam was hit with that bullet...'

'I'LL KILL YOU!' She roars as she gets pulled up by two officers.

'You've tried... didn't stick the first few times, about time you give it up, don't you think?' A smirk crosses your face. 'Even your own daughter thinks you're a monster, that can't feel good right?'

'I HATE YOU!'

'Wow...' you laugh. 'You're right Jamie, this is so much better than killing her...'

You could've never guessed that you'd get so much satisfaction watching her get thrown on the back of a cop car. But in the end you do feel this relief wash over you.

Pepper will pay in full for the lives she took from you. The life she ruined by taking them. And the damage she tried to do.

'Come on Morgan, let's go play nurse...' you tell her, she nods and takes your hand to lead you to the ambulance.

'Are you gonna be okay?' She asks.

'I will be... don't worry kid... not the first time I've been shot... won't be the last either I think...'

'Lay down miss...' the nurse instructs you and so you do, Morgan hops onto the stretcher with you and holds your hand.

'I'm glad you're my sister...' she whispers and it makes tears leak from your eyes. 'I'm sorry for what my mom did...it's not fair...'

'It's okay... I can't go back and change anything.. but at least I got a little sister out of it... I promise I will be better...' you softly squeeze her hand.

'You already are...' she smiles a little.
'You are such a cool kid...' you whisper.

Now that's one thing out of the way. Pepper being thrown behind bars and your little sister actually liking you.

Now you have to deal with your family, the one that shared the same DNA..
