'You can't go with me y/n, it's too dangerous and you're not-'
'If you tell me I'm not ready I'm going to punch you, Steve he is in danger we don't even have time for this discussion!' You walk ahead of Steve towards the available quinjet.
'You're not even wearing gear Y/n!' Steve protests making you turn around.
You stare right into his eyes and Steve can actually feel you taking a hold on him. 'I can manipulate every single person in there and save him... even when I'm wearing heels and a dress.. I can also fight in this because I have done it before... we need to go now!'
Steve nods quietly and follows you into the jet. 'I don't know if I like this side of you..'
'You don't have to.. as long as you listen to it...'
You haven't felt this possessive side come out in a while, and it shows. You get just as angry as you always got when they took him from you.
Your gut tells you they have him captured, he would've come back if they hadn't. And Steve well, he just doesn't really know who he's dealing with yet. But you do, or at least you have an idea of who's behind this.
'You do look lovely by the way...' Steve says once you're up in the air. There's nothing you can do for the time being.
'Thank you.. I was hoping this would show him I remember most of it..'
'How come?'
'There was this mission... Paris... we went undercover... we danced and.. well we had our first kiss... after that we finished the mission...' you bite your lip with a smile. You shake your head just thinking back on it. 'Hydra thought it was an act... so they didn't suspect a thing... until about two months later...then everything went south.'
