'Another delivery?' Tony asks confused as the flowers get brought into your office. Two months later and the place has stayed filled with flowers ever since that night, more keep coming and coming..

'He's really sorry, I find it kind of sweet in its own fucked up way..' Wanda comments as she zigzags through the room and right to your desk. 'Shame she's not here to see it though...'

'How's she holding up?' Tony asks.

Wanda lets out a sad sigh. 'She's not doing good..I think this might have broken her for good...'

'She'll get back on her feet... she's strong...'

'Tony...I've never been more worried about her...she's not the same anymore...'

'Wanda, she always gets like this, she breaks down, picks herself up and then moves on...'

'Not from him...we talked and she was actually ready to say yes to the guy if he was to propose to her, after three months! To find out then that he betrayed her... I think it threw her into that depression she has now, after years of shoving it down...' she speaks making Tony frown a little, he knows she's right, he has taken care of your company longer than he ever has before with those breakups.

He decides then and there that you need someone there with you, so he will go up to your house, leave the company in Wanda's hands for a few hours and talk to you. This isn't working.

'Wanda, I'll leave the company in your hands for a day.. you'll do great I trust on that... I'm going to speak to Y/n... and then I'll have some calls to make..'

'Yes sir...' she replies as she watches Tony leave in a hurry, she doesn't only watch him go but Steve walks right out of the elevator and makes a beeline for the desk she's now sitting at mere minutes later.

'What are you doing here?' She asks with a bitter tone.

'Where's y/n?' He asks as he looks eronder the office, there literally only one path leading up to the desk with the amount of flowers he send.

'She's not here, she hasn't been here since the party.. Tony's in charge until she gets back..'

'Where is she then?'

The buzzer going off makes you groan out loud. You get up from the one spot you've been in for the past month and go up to the phone to answer it. 'I swear if this is another flower guy I will go on a killing spree..' you sigh to yourself as you pick it up.

'Yes?'

'There's someone here to see you miss..'

'If it's another flower person just send them away..'

'It is Steve Rogers, Miss..'

You internally curse, you knew it would just be a matter of time before one of them would show up on your doorstep. 'Send him up...' you reply.

The elevator dings seconds later. The heavy feeling in your chest growing more and more by the second. Are you truly ready to see him?

You did tell them to let him come on up without a second thought but...

'Y/n..' his voice makes you snap out of your thoughts and your head turns to him.

Your eyes meet and you suck in a breath. 'Steve...' you reply. 'What are you doing here?'

'I uh... I came to apologize... I guess..'

You huff. 'You guess? If that's all then please go away..'

'Y/n.. I'm sorry.. for all of it.. I got dragged into Natascha's little revenge game-'

Little? Did he just-

'I shouldn't have, I didn't expect you to become such a big part in my life and I know what I did was wrong...'

'You knew... about all of them and yet you still went through with this...' you speak lowly.

'I know... I was stupid and an asshole and you should probably kill me for what I did... I deserve that...I deserve every insult and every attempt to destroy me and my company...I just, everything fell into place that night... I had a fight with her and Bucky... I'm officially on her hit list as well...'

'Steve I honestly don't know what to tell you... you ruined me... all because Nat wanted revenge.. she got it so she won...'

'Not necessarily..'

'What do you mean?' You frown at him.

'Tony blacklisted her.. nobody is willing to work with her anymore which is causing her business to completely crumble...'

'What?' You can't help but laugh a little. 'And according to Tony your business is thriving...'

'I wouldn't know... haven't been there in weeks.. haven't since that night...'

'Y/n I am so sorry...I know this is absurd to ask but.. would you give me the privilege to try again with you? Earn your trust again?'

A/N : I'm backkkkk I'm really sorry for being away so long but allot has happened.
