Imagine: Sam finds out that you're in an abusive relationship. He asks Bucky to help him.

Warnings: abusive relationship! Toxic relationship! Like seriously it's bad.

B/n is boyfriends name, or bitches name, you can pick.

Ive been struggling to finish this because my dumbass decided to procrastinate and start with a project. Let me explain. We have to make a corner in the classroom that invites kids to go and play in there. My creative ass decided to make a huge one with a lot of preparation. I have to make two large sheets that have to look like walls of a lab. And I have to make sure I get everything there... so here you go!

He got mad again. But then when was he ever happy when he got home?

His business was failing, like you predicted it would. At first it wasn't as bad, he would just verbally push you into the dirt, you could handle that.

You're strong, hence you're friends with avengers, you used to be one yourself but after one mission where you lost your powers, you thought it would be best to just live a normal life. You still work for shield, you still see your friends on the daily. Or at least you used to.

B/n would have no problem with you going to work, until he got so mad and started hitting you, over and over again. The bruises would be the proof, he wouldn't let you go to work when you had them.

Even now you're sitting at home, face covered in them. A busted lip as dessert, that's the thanks you got for making him dinner. He will fight about the most stupid things, like last night. You made dinner, you simply forgot he had a work thing, or a thing with his mistress...

You scoff at the memory of last night. You're an avenger! You should just bust his ass! Tears gather in your eyes, you're so weak now, what happened to you?

That's also the question Sam and Bucky keep asking themselves whenever the try to contact you. Within the compound they're really your best friends. Lately however, they're worried about you. You don't contact them an awful lot and when you do, the conversation is short and you sound miserable.

'Do you think this is a good idea?' Bucky asks as he follows Sam down the hallway of the apartment complex.

'I need to know what's going on... she wouldn't ditch on us like this Buck... something is going on... I didn't trust that B/n to begin with.. we're just checking up on her...'

'What if we make it worse...'

'B/n is at work... she's home alone.. I need to check on her and I know you want to check on her too...' Sam stops in front of the door and knocks.

Your head snaps towards the door. You didn't expect anyone to visit today, maybe it's B/n, maybe he forgot his keys. You quickly get up from the couch and rush towards the door.

When you pull it open you expect B/n to stand there all angry for not opening sooner. But you sigh internally in relief when you see Sam and Bucky standing there with wide eyes.

The relief is short lived. B/n will find out, he will find out they're here and he won't be happy, he will be furious. Last time he almost locked you up all day so what happens when he finds out they were here.
