Another three weeks would past by marking January 15th, 2001. Draco was currently 20 weeks pregnant, halfway through his pregnancy with their son. A little boy who was growing very well, the healer was pleased with how growth, but his daddies, both of them had been struggling for some time now, without much aid.

Draco's depression was increasing because he wasn't on his medicine and eating was getting harder but the day as Draco gained more and more weight. No understanding the weight he gained was simply weight for his child. Not a bad thing, he head just wouldn't accept that. And eating was becoming a daily fight, one nobody liked to have. The only thing Draco wasn't, yet, doing was picking back up his blade, but they wasn't to sure when they would be. They felt it was only a matter of time before Draco too, started to cut.

Harry? Was somebody Narcissa Malfoy didn't know how to help. Daily, Harry struggled with his own depression, his own self worth, his drinking and almost nightly a blade would go across his skin. The reminder of Draco's pregnancy wasn't helping much anymore. All Harry could see was how Draco was effective by the pregnancy. Watching Draco fight to keep himself stable was Harry's fault and that was just adding to it.
Ron and Harry still couldn't get along at all. Christmas was really the only day that Narcissa (or Lucius) didn't have to step between them. Mostly it kept to vocal fights but it too was getting harder and harder for the pair to be around one another.
Hermione Granger, was completely terrified with loosing Harry. There would be a time they couldn't get near him and his heart would stop. She couldn't help anymore and the fighting between Ron and Harry was becoming so much and nobody outside that house new Harry struggled. Harry was so bright around his boss and co-workers they really didn't know about his mental help nor did anybody in passing. Harry could act like nothing was wrong, and sometimes he did even with them, they didn't know how bad his mental help was getting again.

Harry woke up after her another nightmare, his hands going to his head and decided, he couldn't do this anymore. Today? Would be it. Draco would find better, their son would be better, Hermione could move on and actually be happy with her partner and Harry would finally be at piece, when he no longer breath. He also knew a way to do it, that there would be no coming back form, even if they found him quickly.

Draco didn't think much of it, getting woken up by Harry in the manor he did. Pushed slowly onto his side and after a movement or two, a hand went over his mouth to hide the sounds he gave off. Harry just increased his movements and hurried them both along. They would then get ready for the day, and the day battle would begin to get Draco to eat.
Yet another reason why, Harry was going through it tonight.

Narcissa knew something was off. Harry seemed relieved that morning and had faked his way through the morning. She just didn't know what and Lucius pulled her out of thoughts by pulling her to sit on his leg. "What are you thinking?" He asked. She reached over and ruffled her baby girls hair, who rested against her daddy. "Harry's...acting abnormal. He normally fights me too." She whispered. "Maybe the new....teek as you called it, helped?" He asked. "I wish it was that simple, I really really do. I think I must call Hermione. Maybe she can find the clues I'm missing." Narcissa said. "An hour won't make a difference, come upstairs." He said and she smiled lightly.

Hermione Granger would answer the telephone like almost every morning for their invitation to head over but Narcissa had explain she felt something wrong. Like badly. Harry wasn't acting at all like he should. Hermione told her the same replied, they'd be over shortly and hung up the phone.
She packed her bag and rushed her boyfriend along who always tried to delay going over there because it always ended the same way. A fight, but Hermione wanted to get what little time on she could with her best friend, the baby girl and Draco before that happened and he really couldn't blame her, so out the door they went of that apartment and headed over.

Draco went back upstairs, to take a nap and it left the three of them having some tea at the dinner room table. Hermione really didn't get the feeling anything was different. Harry still had that broken look, the same bands as always and the way he always just laughed at her jokes to try and seem care free was all the same. It wouldn't be until the first almost hate speak left form Ron, that Harry ignored, that was different. Harry never ignored Ron and she raised an eyebrow. Harry seemed the change suddenly in her and got to his feet. "Let's get some air." Harry said.

They walk around for a while, the wind blowing around icy on that January cold day. It wasn't yet snowing, but the clouds shown it might. "Harry, we really should had back. The temperature is starting to drop." Hermione said, walking next to him. "Go back then." Harry said, but she simply kept walking until finally the cell phone went off. Narcissa was calling them back home for dinner.

Dinner was yet another fight with Draco that ended with Draco stroming away and Harry did following to try and convince Draco to eat something. Draco stood with his arms across in the bedroom when Harry walked over and placed a big kiss on his lips. "Why don't you believe us, Draco?" Harry asked and Draco just looked at Harry, who was slowly running his hand up Draco's arm. "Because... you'd tell me that anyway." He whispered. "No, we wouldn't. If you truly had a problem with your weight, we would tell you. You don't. It just our boy making room to grow. That's all. Please, come finish your dinner." Harry said, giving Draco another kiss. Draco let Harry take him back down and they joined the table again.

Harry would take Draco to bed, who felt exhausted and for once full of food. It made him ready for bed. "I love you." Harry said, giving him a very long kiss. Hopefully leaving Draco with a memory he would have piece of mind with. "I love you too, Harry." Draco said.
Harry stood on the porch looking off as Hermione had been asked to stay. Narcissa still had a bad felling, and Harry knew he couldn't leave with Hermione in the house. "You need to take her home." Harry told Ron, who had been on the porch, having a cigarette. Lucius Malfoy wasn't letting the man smoke up his house. "Narcissa is sure something's different with you today." Ron said, looking over at Harry. "She's just overreacting is all." Harry said. "I don't think she is." Ron said and Harry just went back inside. He'd just summon the damn thing and do it in their stupid little basement. Maybe enough time would go back and he wouldn't be saved.

The house went still and Harry went down to the basement, pulling out his wand and summoned an old hand gun. The voices only got louder at the sight of it. The reminder of why he needed to do this louder in his head. The reminder he wasn't worth anything clear as day. Harry checked the chamber, the single bullet still inside form the last time he thought about does it this way and opted with medicine. A mistake he wasn't about to make.
Harry grabbed the hand gun with his left hand, before he was left handed and the second he went to pull the trigger, the wand had managed to move it. The bullet was fired, the sound rang through the house, and Harry left ear rang so hard. A little blood would run down his cheek but the bullet was suck in the stone wall behind him. It had only grazed his head, another attempt to died had been stopped by somebody intervening.
