Serena remarked, "But the All Father won't allow it to be." Loki tells Serena, "Don't worry about my father, my mother has already talked to him about us and he has accepted us. All we have to do is go before him and tell him how we feel about each other. Then he will bless the courtship. So, we can court without being watched over, just like Thor and Sif do." Loki tells Serena in a low voice, "Then maybe we could be married." Serena's eyes got big. Serena beamed, "Did you say, "get married?" Loki tells her, "Yes, if you will have me?" Serena was shocked, "If I would, have you? That should be my question to you because you're a prince." Loki smiled, "It doesn't matter that I'm a prince. All that matters is that you love me, and you want to be my wife." "I do love you, Loki and I would be honored to be your wife, AFTER we get to know each other better." Serena replied. Loki tells Serena, "Of course, Serena. I wouldn't think about getting married right now." Serena smiled at Loki, "First we have to get the All Father's permission to court." Loki then tells Serena, "Like I said before, that won't be a problem because my mother has already talked to him on our behalf. You just have to get better so we can go before my father. So, we can start getting to know each other better." Loki tells Serena mischievously.
Loki leaned over and kissed Serena. The kiss was very passionate and gentle at the same time. Serena didn't have the strength to push him away but at the same time, she didn't want to push him away. Loki slipped his tongue inside Serena's mouth. Serena found herself kissing Loki the same way. She slipped her tongue inside of his mouth as well. Soon they were wrapped in each other's arms kissing each other passionately. Serena breaks off the kiss and tells Loki, "We can't do this Loki. It's not right. Your father hasn't blessed our courtship yet." Loki reassures Serena, "But he will, my mother promised me and she doesn't lie." Serena says, "I didn't think that the queen was lying. It's just we haven't gone before the All-Father yet to get his blessing." Loki asked Serena, "Ok then, do you feel strong enough to walk to my father's throne room?" Serena looked at Loki with a funny look. Then spoke, "I'm still a little weak from all of the blood that I lost. So, I don't know." Loki smiled, "I could help you walk if you need me too." Serena responded, "Boy, you are very eager." Loki smiled, "I'm with you because I want us to be together."
