The Liar And Her Love

Ryan - 01

-Ryan's Pov, Present-

Playing around with sarang and eating till my limit, I was absolutely full and fell asleep as soon as I hit the bed. I wasn't sure what happened with noona at night but when I woke up and looked around for noona, I saw her sleeping in the indoor garden. Her cheeks were tear stained.

My heart clenched at the sight, my own tears came out while I walked to the bedroom for a blanket. I love my noona so much, she is my everything, a mother, a father, a friend, the best elder sister.

The things she has done for me, the things she has suffered and the things she has protected me from. I'm going to be by her side till the day we die.

I picked up the blanket and covered her up. She wouldn't admit it, but I know she cries to sleep every night, tries her very best to be happy but it's difficult for someone who was broken down to ruins. She is the strongest person I know, nobody can stay afloat with going through so much. She is just 28 and she has gone through a lifetime of trauma.

To make sure she doesn't skip the breakfast, I entered the kitchen to cook something up before I leave for gym and to visit the library.

She has been in therapy since years now, I hope she gets better soon. I can't see her trying so hard to be happy anymore. I just wish someone could love her as much she loves everyone.

Posting a note on her forehead and the breakfast I left, it was quite the early morning right now. The sun wasn't out until yet, when I entered the apartment gym, it was absolutely empty. The work out was smooth.

It was around 9 am when I took a shower in the gym before walking down the lane to the library, it was a big one and I searched it up, it was quite popular amongst high schoolers and university students.

It was a 5 minute walk after I got out of the apartment complex. It probably took me more time to walk out of the complex than to reach there. The infrastructure was beautiful, since it was early morning it looked fairly empty, I saw the reception and walked there, but no one was there. I looked around a little to atleast see someone so I could ask about this library but after a failure I decided to knock on the table.

I tried twice and heard some movements before I could do anything else someone got up in a messed up bun and a blanket falling of them from behind the reception table.

I flinched at the sight of it. It took me a minute to realise it's a girl, a human girl in the most disgusting attire. When did she wash up last.

"What do you want?" She asks while rubbing her eyes. I was so disgusted I couldn't react, the most unhygienic person I knew was my sister who atleast made sure she didn't look like those weird dress up game charachters who got ditched by their finance cause they were covered in mud.

"Umm hi? I just shifted around here, I wanted to verify about the library membership" I asked and she just yawned.

"Really!? Even before the sun has risen" she asks while trying to open her eyes to the fullest.

"It says it's open 24/7 though" I replied to her and she sighs.

"I know, I work part time here, ofcourse I know but who in their right mind will willingly come to the library when it's not even exam season." She says and this time I sighed.
