"How did two people nobody allowed, get in?" I asked the head of security and he looked down.

I heard footsteps and saw Taeri walk out of her room, her eyes fell on Sarang sleeping on the couch with my jacket on her.

She walked towards her and lifted her up before turning back towards her room without saying anything.

"I'm sorry sir, but the lady showed proof she was family." The head of security said and I scoffed.

Would they let in anyone just because they are family.

"NOONA, WHAT HAPPENED. WHY IS THERE COMMOTION-" Ryan stopped midway as he saw me and the head of security.

"Hyung what happened?" He asked and I sighed.

"When we came up, eun woo and a girl was with him. She genuinely attacked Taeri-" I was interrupted by the lady who just walked back in, in the silk Pajama and a shrug over it.

"Annie, her name is Song Annie. She is my maternal cousin. I cut off contacts with the rest of our family after our parents death, we weren't much closer before them anyway but mother's side has been claiming rights on the inheritance ever since I didn't let them take Ryan too" Taeri said while Ryan just looked at her.

"Sir, Please strengthen the security. I hope you don't let in just anyone who says they are family. I have shared the photos and infos of everyone who is allowed, nobody except them." Taeri said and they nodded.

They were leaving when Taeri stopped them again.

"Also, I'm generally not so calm about things, I prefer to make people suffer to get back at them. The only reason I'm letting you go is because I'm tired." She said and they shared glances before they scurried away.

Taeri took a seat and Ryan towards her. "Who is Annie?" He asks and Taeri sighs.

"You were too young, she didn't visit regularly but she is madly obsessed with our mother. Her mother married for love into a poor family and she has desperately tried to get involved in our's for as long as I remember. She used to compete with me for my mother's attention. Should have tasted her motherhood, would have been the perfect lesson for her" she said and rolled her eyes.

I simply looked at her.

"Ri?" I called her with the nickname she was often called with before.

Ryan looked at me and so did Taeri with wide eyes.

"Why aren't you putting a restraining order on eun woo?" I asked completely ignoring the whole nickname thing.

She looked at me and paused before she spoke.

"I don't want to avoid him" she said and that confused me so much.

"What?"

Ryan was on the floor listening to her as well.

"I have only ran away or avoided my problem. This time, I want to make sure he suffers very nicely. I don't want him to leave peacefully only because I am away from him. I want him to burn as much as I have. I'm angry." She said I could hear my own heartbeats.
