There was a ring on the bell and I looked up. I was at eun woo's flat and he was taking a shower.

It was velentine's and I was eun woo's and we were going on a date in an hour. "Eun woo, someone is here" I said and there was no response.

I looked up and walked towards the door to open it. It was a parcel, I signed the recipient and took it. They were lab reports, the envelope read my name.

I was confused, I opened the envelope and read through them.

'Hormone and sex determination'

I gulped and crushed the paper in my hands, my eyebrows were scrunching due to the absurdity.

"We hereby provide evidence that the owner of the hair sample Seo Taeri is biologically a woman" I read that and my blood dried.

Why did he get this done? Suddenly the paper was snatched from me. There stood eun woo, angry in a towel, fresh out of shower.

"What are you doing?"

"Me?"

"Yes, why did you open something which wasn't your's?" He asks

"Eun woo, you tell me. Why did you test something which wasn't your's?" I asked him and he was quiet. I grabbed my bag and turn around to leave. He grabbed my arm.

"Taeri? It's been so many months and you don't even touch me like a girlfriend should. It took you weeks to hold my hold my hand and months to hug me. Pecks were the closest to kiss. I once kissed you and you weren't able to respond back. Our first kiss was months after and awkward and you could go out in a bikini but the moment someone even me your own boyfriend touches you you recoil. I wasn't even sure if you were a woman" he said and looked at me, I pulled my hands away from him.

"You sick bitch" I was so angry. "do you want to check if I am a woman wait let me do that for you" I screaned at him before I took off my Tee shirt and stood infront of him in my bra.

"Wait let me give you concrete evidence" I said and took off my jeans, I was going for the underwear when I realised he was checking me out. He wasn't guilty about he did, at this moment too all he could think about was one thing. I didn't proceed and put on my Tee back. He looked disappointed.

"Asshole" I curse and left from there.

"She mentally, physically ruined her. I have seen her gradually get comfortable in life and even right now it's not perfect, she still deals with the shit. Her father was an ignorant fuck, who loved her mother very much and turned a blind eye to the abuse. She saved her brother and protected him despite being young and broken. Her first boyfriend built insecurities in her, her friends were jealous of her and wouldn't treat her nice. She raised her brother at 18, a very bad woman locked her into a very bad situation, her best friend died and her ex boyfriend cha eun woo was awesome at the beginning but turned pretty toxic. I still don't understand how he began from making her comfortable to Gaslighting her and doing the things he did to her." he said and I took a deep breath.

“what?" I could barely speak.

Jungkook gave me a can and I drank it too.

"You have no idea what she has suffered at the hands of her mother. I became her friend in the last 2 years of high school and honestly it was so annoying to see how insecure her friends were of her. The only nice friend she had was Ae in who died when she was abroad. Her mother abused her for actually returning back home to attend her funeral, her mother died not long after her best friend's death and then her father.

I felt so happy when she became friends with venessa, it was beautiful what she shared. Then Jiha came in their circle because of you know the ven incident in high school and the girls healed each other. We were there for each other. The six of us, could have had so much better if you all weren't idiots.

Taehyung and Jiha were perfect but both of them never tried.

We all knew jimin, you always had eyes for Taeri. But you chose everyone but her.

Idiots" he said and I took deep breathes.

"Why do you think I had eyes for Taeri?" I asked.

Jungkook smiled "I'm close to Taeri but I'm also close to you. I know you since we were kids entering elementary school. Taeri literally ended the beef between us and became my friend only because she wanted to be close to you, anyway jimin thank you for the friendship you gave me" he said and I chuckled.

I sighed.

"Seventh grade, you saw her first, the day when all of us met her for the first time. It was before she joined our school. She was dropping her brother and you were looking at her while she walked away from the area. You stood there for a while. Taehyung and me, both of us were looking at both of you from a distance since we were entering the field." He said and I looked at him.

"You fell on the first sight"

"What?" I exclaimed.

"First sight?"

"Yes, jimin. You would notice everything she did, you would admire her. Look for common friends. You also noticed her when you were proposing to da Hye. You would deliberately fight with her over academics when we had psychology together. You noticed everything she spoke, preformed. You danced a duo with her and you chose her as a partner. You were there at her mom's funeral too." He said and while everything was going on something hit me.

I simply looked at him thinking about all these times. I once admitted to finding her the most gorgeous woman in my life. Even when she gained weight and people started hating her, she was perfect to me.

Even when she was rude, she was lovely to me.
