New Year's Eve was going so great. I hadn't had a single drop of alcohol but I felt euphoria. I was dancing and singing with sun woo and it was extremely fun.

We were laughing and playing and enjoying ourselves. The kids had fun too and it was just great.

"Ladies and gentlemen, get closer to your loved ones. We are nearing the final countdown" the Dj said and there were cheers before all of Ryan's friends came closer, Ryan was beside me side hugging me. I felt someone's presence on my other side and it was eun woo, I smiled at him. The kids and us were closely packed and then the count down started.

"HAPPY NEW YEAR!!" Everyone cheered. People in love kissed, friends hugged and everyone wished each other. Ryan bear hugged me. "Happy new year noona" he wished and I chuckled.

"Happy new year ugly shit" he pulled off from the hug and went to his friends. I turned around to see eun woo and he had a smile.

"Happy new Year Ms. Seo" he wished with a smile and I smiled.

"Happy New year, Mr.Cha"

And we just smiled.

We sat in my car. Taeri took the cab here and since her car is at my place, I'll drive her home first.

But right now, Taeri was reading the envelope. "What is this?" I ask.

"Kim Seokjin and his sick game. That asshole" she said cursing.

"He deliberately hired Kim &Kim, that law firm hates seo group. They take cases against us always, it has never won but this time there is this idiot in our legal team. How did pil soon even pass the bar exam" she kept on spiralling and I looked at her.

Confused.

"Oh. Okay so this eun woo guy was Ryan's friend's cousin. We met 3 years ago at a new year party and then became friends, umm we dated a year and half later of becoming friends and then umm we broke up in February this year because umm of some reason"

"You narcissistic shit." She repulsed and I looked at her.

"Yeah, you. There were a lot of reasons though. He used me to get a win against seo group for promotion. But there were a lot of reasons, umm he was aggressive and I was also not able to do what a girlfriend was supposed to" she said and I raised my eyebrows.

"What?"

"Don't worry. Focus on this right now" she said

I didn't force her more. We drove home and Taeri just took the car keys and sat in her car and left.

I picked up my phone and called Ryan.

"Yes noona?"

"Ryan, Eun woo is umm seokjin's counsel. Jin doesn't know what he did and umm hired him. I don't want to tell anyone about him" I said and Ryan was silent.

"Noona we are filing a restraining order" He said and I paused.

"No, I would have to tell them why. Please I really want to forget this or pretend the memory isn't fresh. I genuinely can't deal with thinking about it all the time." I said.

He knows how great my memory is.

He hummed. " Come home straight let's decide how to deal with it" he said and I hummed.

I sped and the car and made a call.

"Toodles call Mr.choi" I spoke and my AI system made the call. If he is going low, I'll go lower, I'm going to absolutely show him who I am.

"Yes, Ms. Seo?" The man spoke.

"You are a name partner I suppose?" I ask and he hummed back.

"Yes"

"Which means you are fully aware what I mean to your firm" I said and he affirmed.

"You are not only our biggest client, you are our only client. We are responsible of any case that comes to you and your taxes, estate, assets and funds" he answered and I smirked.

"I give you a day to decide. I have an offer to make" I said and he paused giving me space to ask.

"Annihilate kim & kim. They should know to never go against me. Sarang is not going to them. Tell me if Choi & Park Lawfirm is in"

"Yes ma'am" with that the call ended. I dialed Seokjin oppa.

"Called to apologise?" He asks.

"Take off eun woo from your counsel" I said and he chuckled.

"I found out he is your ex. No way Taeri" He said with a chuckle.

"Do you know why we broke up?" I ask.

"Yeah he told me, because you were emotionally cheating on him. The jimin guy, how long have you been in love with him?"

Ofcourse he never asked me what happened.

"You are banned from Winston land, Winston dreamland and Winston blu cinematic production movie premieres. Also oppa, you crossed the line" with that I cut the call speeding my car.

I was angry.
Very angry.

I was seemingly grateful I did not die but I was so angry I sat outside our house's door to calm down, but the lift binged and Ryan walked from it.

He stopped and put his hand on his waist and looked at me.

"Why are you here?" He asked.

"I was angry" and Ryan sighed.

"You are not mom, come to me when you are angry. Let go. Come on" he said and I followed him in.
