I opened the door holding Sarang when I saw Taeri, I smiled looking at her smile while standing in front of my door.

"Get in" I said and she walked in before shutting the door behind her. "Aren't you going to get ready for the event?" She asked and I smiled.

"Yeah, I was waiting for her nanny to come then I was going to leave." I answered and sat back on the couch while she walked right into my room. I put Sarang down and I followed her immediately.

"Where are you going?" I asked as I entered and saw her open my wardrobe.

"I'm making sure you wear average clothes, I just came from the venue, there are a lot of female doctors and you turn even guys gay." She said and I ended up laughing.

"Wait- did you go to the venue?" I ask sitting on my bed.

She paused and stepped back looking at me.

"Do you know where the venue is?" She asked and I paused.

"No, I haven't checked. Lemme-" I said while taking my phone out only for her to walk closer and swiftly take the phone away from me.

I kept looking at her.

"Winston blue land. The venue, it's my hotel" she said and looked down smiling.

I grabbed her waist and pulled her closer in between my legs. She gasped and her hands were on my shoulders.

"Oh god, I must have saved a country in the past" she said with red cheeks and that made me laugh.

"Was it for me?" I asked and she smiled. "No, it was good business" she responded looking away.

"Oh, how much money did you make?" I asked and she paused.

"1 billion won?"

That made me laugh so much. "That's a lot of money honey, the conclave cannot afford it, this is why they never host at your hotel" I answered and she sighed.

"Damn, boy. I handle the whole damn corporation, I don't know how much we gave a discount to some concave, the halls at my hotel are pretty damn expensive, like me" she said and I smiled.

"Also"

"Also?"

"You called me honey" she said.

"I did"

She leaned her head on my shoulder and laughed. "Stop it really" I pat her back and laugh.

"Go go" Taeri said while she stood near the lift holding Sarang's hands.

"What are you going to do?" I asked and she looked at Sarang who was staring at her innocently.

"My office is on the top floor, we will be hanging out there" she said and waved at me. I turned around and entered the seminar.

It was crowded just like any year. I greeted everyone, met my peers from med school. Seomin made his way towards me after getting tossed between the senior officers because of his father.

"Dude, There so many international doctors here right now, it's crazy to switch between languages. I'm sure Taeri could have easily conversed with them all." Seo min said with an annoyed tone.

Man is always annoyed.

"Excuse me?" A man spoke and both of us turned around to face the source of voice.

He was a white guy with a hair that had gotten white.

"Are you Dr. Park Jimin?" He asks and my eyebrows furrowed.

Am I that famous?

"Yes, I'm Dr. Park Jimin" when I confirmed he smiled.

"I'm Dr. Oakland, I am psychiatrist. It's nice to meet you" he said and I shook hands with him still confused.

He smiled and then looked up. "I'm acquainted with your friend. Seo Taeri. The owner of this hotel. She often talked about you, it's nice to meet you" He said and I was confused but I smiled as I saw him leave.

"He is probably her professor or something. Taeri talks about you to everyone anyway" seomin commented but I ignored him and followed the guy and stopped him.

"Excuse me doctor" I called and he stopped before turning around.

He was her psychiatrist. She would talk about someone from her past with someone she is supposed to talk.

Her psychiatrist.

It is completely unethical to talk about her personal info and he probably came to me out of curiosity about the guy he always heard.

"Taeri. She is hurting always" I only managed to say that when he chuckled.

"She often said you were smart, she is indeed a smart judge of character" he laughed out and then took a deep breath.

"She is not hurting, Dr. Park. She is healing. Healing is not as smooth is appears to be, it's as difficult as being hurt. She chose the better difficult. Indeed a genius, She is a nice kid. She cannot erase what has happened with her but she can make better memories with better people which hold more value. It'll take her time to overcome her fears, maybe let her know, she doesn't need to fear anything. There are people protecting her now." He said and smiled before turning around to leave.

I didn't stop him. I looked back at everyone socialising. I was done with it. Everyone was having dinner at this point. Seomin walked closer.

"Seomin, I'm leaving" I said and he looked at me.

"Don't abandon me in this boring event please" he said and clinged onto my arm.

"Go find some one or something." I was trying to shoo him away when I saw Ava talking to the organiser and walk away.

Wait. Yes.

"Hey! Ava" I Screamed and the women stop and turned around to look at me.

She heard me amidst everyone talking? What is she? Superwoman?

"Good evening sir, I didn't expect to see you here"

"Did you?"

"I absolutely did. Ms.Seo opened this hall for the concave so you attend this event while Ms. Seo can be near you" she responded and I smile.

Seomin on my side looked at her and then at me.

"Oh, this is Ava. She is Taeri's assistant and junior secretary to jungkook however she handles most of his work anyway while he is on his honeymoon"

"Ava, this Soo Seomin. My friend, he was with us in school. You must have seen her during the wedding. I leave you in his company. Bye" before any one of them could respond I was out of there.

I did see Ava's face of confusion.
