The Liar And Her Love

Chapter 14:

-Aug'22-
Jimin pov...

I was standing next to Na ri in the school auditorium. Na ri was furious, her eyes stared at the girl infront of us. It was the student council ceremony.

Taeri wore 2 badges both of which were Presidential positions, she did not even apply for one. She smiled as always, made jokes and laughed around. Everyone's parents were here Na ri's parents were talking to her homeroom teacher. My sister came in as my guardian since both of our parents cannot really jump from the heaven to attend this. My sister jiha walked towards me with a plate of snacks.

"Wanna eat?" She says pushing it towards me. Nari was still focused on Taeri. "No, you eat. You just returned back from work early in the morning." I said and she nodded before she started eating the food herself.

Jiha and I are twins but she has been working for a few years now. She trains for some job I can't ask about. That's the deal, that's how we survive, she is my bread winner.

Our parents died under some circumstances and then jiha signed a deal to raise both of us. I'm not allowed to ask.

But my focus wasn't there, My focus was on Taeri. Her parents are alive but they did not come here-

She is literally the badge holder of a position people fought, Ha na is one of those people and they did not think it was important enough to attend!?

"Taeri!!" Jiha called her and Taeri looked at her, she made a small eye contact with me before she broke it and walked towards Jiha.

Jiha and Taeri are close-?

"A group photo? We have three badge holders here. We deserve one photo-?" She asks.

Taeri looked at ha na and me. I wore the vice president for a small community service, while ha na was her secratary. She smiled and nodded.

Nari grabbed my arm and came to my right, Jiha took her phone out and grabbed some junior volunteer. "Click a photo" she said and turned towards us.

"Wait!" Taeri said and grabbed venessa and jungkook who were walking towards us. Jiha chuckled and stood next to me. Taeri crouched down with her arms around venessa and jungkook.

"Me too" taehyung ran out of nowhere and pushed himself in the frame by bumping into jiha who asked at him.

There we were laughing. Nari on my right, jiha on my left, taehyung to her left. Jungkook and venessa crouched down infront of us and Taeri between them just infront of me.

"Wait one with only the officers" Jiha joked and pulled Taeri up. Now she was on my left. Taeri looked at me before she looked away.

The other went to the junior who was clicking the photo. They smiled looking at us.

"Okay one tow three.... Click" the photograph kid said I grabbed Taeri from her shirt sleave since she was trying to leave.

"It's Just a photo Taeri, come on" I mumbled and the photo was clicked.

Jimin pov

Life is weird, one moment you were eating lunch with someone and they confessed to you nonchalantly as if its nothing, the other moment, half an hour later they are infront of you as a TA victim.

Her beige court and white shirt were blood stained. Her long hair were sprawled around. They were fresh and voluminous the last time she was with me and now-

"Jimin!!!! Are you in your senses" Jungkook screams at me and I see seo min get the nurses drag him into the hospital. Seo min gives me a weird eye before he rushes in with the stretcher, nurses and the ambulance guy.

Oh, yeah jungkook and his finance Venessa are here.

They brought her here, apparently the accident took place on the main road infront of a wedding dress shop. They saw her when they were about it enter it.

Venessa had rushed with seo min and Taeri long ago, she looks worried, Venessa is not one of those who gets worried.

"Jimin, come to your senses!!" Jungkook shook me off and I looked at him. A muscular one, jet black hair, tattoos and piercings.

"Yeah, it's just. She was having lunch with me like half an hour ago- and" I could almost finish.

"Let's go in right now" he said and pushed me in.

We were inside the emergency room when I saw seo min check up on her. He checked her vitals and pulse.

After a few minutes, he took a long breath and stepped back. "Get an X ray done immediately. Rest her eye movements and pulse are fine. Clean her up and bandage her open wounds and get her X rays immediately" he says and Walker towards me.

"It does not happen with you often. I believe she is included in your close relatives list, don't treat her or anything. If required, you will also not be in surgery for her." He informs me and I nodded.

Doctors are not allowed to operate or treat family or close relatives, I believe seo min is instructing me for the same.

I don't blame him, a doctor cannot be shocked or frozen when a patient comes in. However it's difficult if the person matters to you on a personal level

Close relatives matter to you. So does Teari matter to me on a personal level?

"Oh my goodness!!" Venessa said and hugged jungkook tightly. "Don't worry, she will be fine" jungkook pats his fiance. I smile a little and then look at where Taeri is, the nurse pulled the curtains, probably to change her and shift her to a normal ward.

"Hey jimin, let's go. You need a cup of coffee" jungkook says and pulls me with him.

"I'll call Ryan and stay here." Venessa says and jungkook gives Venessa's purse to her. She glares at me before taking her phone out.

"So jimin, did you know Taeri was in korea?" Jungkook asks me while I lead him to the cafeteria. "Yeah, met her few days ago, on her birthday. She came to meet me at hana's funeral. Took me to the ER since I fainted. We have met almost everyday ever since" I told him and he nodded.

"That's great" he said, there was silence before I got curious about something.

"Wait, jungkook. Did you know?" I ask him.

"Ofcourse I did, she was supposed to be back next month. She came back a month early to be present at my wedding" he said proudly. Ofcourse they are best friends.

"Listen, she was going to be more hurt right? Venessa did that finger thingy we don't talk about?" I asked him and he nodded.

We don't talk about it.
But we know what Venessa is.
We all witnessed it.

Weirdly, I'm so thankful of her.

"You are thank ful of her" jungkook said.

"Oh what the fuck, did Venessa rub off her supernatural shit on you!?"

And he chuckled. "No baby girl, it's obvious"
