Sid was about to leave quickly ignoring her question. But the girl came near him.
Girl: Oh so it's you Mr. Rudie
Sid looked at her and recognized it to be Avu. His sight felt on cigarette and made a disgusting face. Avu noticed it. She brought it up and showed him.
Avu: If you are also one of those people that "You are smoking being girl. Such a characterless girl bla bla". So you can just get lost
Sid: Listen Miss whatever....
Avu:(cuts him) Avneet
Sid: Ya okk. First of all I have no interest staying here with you. Secondly I don't go around judging people
Avu: Ya that to your looks explain very well
Sid: I never said you are characterless or anything. You can smoke or do whatever you wish to. It's your life. I have no interest in intervening
Avu: But your expressions said something else
She said taking a puff of her cigarette. Sid stepped back a bit getting irritated. She raised her eyebrow.
Sid: I particularly don't like cigarettes or anything like that. It's not you, it's the cigarette to which I gave expressions like that. But anyways I am going. I have no interest saying here
Sid turned around to leave.
Avu: Hey!!! You came here and now see you are missing such a great view
Sid looked at her and eyed her from up and down.
Sid: Nopes. I am not interested a bit to look at you
Avu frowned.
Avu: Look I am not that bad first of all. But okk you might have a bad taste. Never mind. And secondly I am not talking about me. I am talking about that
She said pointing upwards. He looked up in the direction of her finger and the view was actually breathtaking. The starry sky with moon was looking so beautiful that anyone could get lost in it.
Avu: Beautiful right?
Sid: Yee
He said without realizing.
Avu: I just come here every night and enjoy my own company and this sky. It's so refreshing. Don't you like seeing the sky?
He looked at her.
Sid: Hnn? I think I should leave
He said resuming his cold self. She looked at him as he is an alien who wants to leave such a view.
Avu: What kind of a person are you?
Sid: Whatever I am. You don't have to stress the small brain of yours. And honestly I don't feel it necessary to answer to you
Avu: What the hell? I am being polite with you and you are just getting on my nerves. What is your problem?
Sid: Who is even asking you to be polite with me? I am not even asking you to talk to me or even cross my path
Avu: Such a big idiot you are. Tameez se baat karni nhi aati tumhe?
Sid: This is what I am. And you are not liking it. Good. Don't even talk to me
Avu: Are you mentally alright? Like is your mental health stable. Just monent ago you were so calm and peaceful and now you are putting up fight for no reason
Sid: I am not answerable to you. At least not for my health. It doesn't concern you
Avu: Do you think you can survive your whole college life without talking to anyone? Because as far as I have seen you, you don't really talk to anyone
Sid: I don't need anyone. And you also just mind your own buisness
Avu: Woahh woaah. Easy there bro. You know I am a very friendly and calm person. I don't fight or argue with anyone easily. So don't test my patience. Just behave yourself. If I am talking to you properly, you also better do. And Siddharth trust me you can't survive alone in this world. If not me, find some other friend. And you will find a genuine friend
Listening this Sid chuckled sarcastically and painfully.
Sid: Genuine friends. That sounds like a joke to me
He said confusing Avu.
