Chapter 98

Sid was sitting in waiting area with two stubborn people who dragged him here against his will sitting on his both sides. He was fidgeting his fingers and tapping his feet unknowingly. He was anxious. He was nervous. Abhi noticed and kept a hand on his. Sid slowly looked up at his face.

Abhi: Don't worry. Trust me we don't want your bad. I know it's difficult for you to trust someone but seriously we consider you our friend and we will never put you into something that might hurt you. We just want your good Sid and seriously I don't what will be the consequences of all this but I want to try. I want to try to help you atleast. I don't want to regret tomorrow that one of my friends trusted me and asked for help and I couldn't

Sid was silently looking at him and taking down each words he was saying.

Abhi: Whatever happens I am with you

Before Sid could think anything, he involuntarily just put his head on his chest and wrapped his arms around Abhi. Abhi was taken aback for moment seeing Sid getting physically closer to someone. Sid thought he shouldn't have when he didn't feel Abhi' arms. He was about to back out but Abhi immediately held him in a comforting warm embrace and caressed his hair. Avu got tears in her eyes seeing them.

Avu: Hey group hug without me?

She asked trying to change the atmosphere. Abhi chuckled and opened an arm towards her. She hesitated looking at Sid who just nodded slowly not knowing what to do. Avu smiled and joined the hug. She again felt something funny in her stomach feeling Sid close to herself. Maybe she also needed some therapy she thought and scolded herself.

They were all busy in their moment when an attendant came and called Sid. Sid looked at both his support systems and they nodded. So Sid stood up and walked inside with some hope igniting inside him that maybe things change. Change for good this time.

Avu: Thanks bhai

Abhi: Pagal wagal hai kya maine ye sab tere ashiqui ki wajah se nhi kia. He is my friend too

Avu: What?

She looked at him with wide eyes. Abhi just smiled at her.

Abhi: Stop being blind Avi. Not everyone gets love in their life. And if you have someone don't let him go

Avu was just looking at the closed door through which Sid had just entered a few moments ago. Abhi kept a hand on hers.

Abhi: Tension matt le. Just figure out your feelings soon. Shayad iss baar usse life mein koi pyaar karne wala mil jaaye. And that would be his actual healing. Tune mujhe bulaya tha na ki bhayia mere pass koi solution nhi hai but honestly jitna mein dekh paaya hu it's you who can heal him Avni with love. Love, that's the most important thing he needs. Even more than that he can trust someone. He can confide someone. Think about this. If you can be that, then do it

He stopped there leaving Avu to figure her feelings on her own because that was her task not his. She needed to find out whether it was actually love or not.
