"Zenitsu, don't!" You plead to Zenitsu as you watch from afar in horror.

Zenitsu approached Tanjiro with his sword in one of his hands. Tanjiro backed against the wall with fear on his face.

"Zenitsu! I beg you! Please don't do it!" Your voice gets shaky as you collapse to the ground in fear. You let out gasps as the tears escape from your eyes.

"Y/N belongs to me. And only me. We're going to be together, forever." Zenitsu spoke in an aggressive way. He doesn't sound like this at all. It's creepy.

"Zenitsu, please put your sword away..." Tanjiro sounded calm, but his face said otherwise.

You built up the courage to grab Zenitsu by the arms, making him drop his sword. You quickly pick it up before he does.

"Y/N..." Zenitsu looked at you with a frown as his whole mood changed. You stare at him, keeping a distance.

In the past presence, you and Zenitsu shared a great bond with each other. After his confessed his feelings, he became...clingy.

"Zenitsu. Promise me we'll be together."

"Forever?"

"Forever."

"Zenitsu. Why?"

"Why are you like this?"

"What made you so crazy in love that you wanted to harm people who was even in my presence?"

"Zenitsu, you're not the Zenitsu I know."

"...Not anymore."

Tears fall onto your hands, grasping them tighter every word you spoke.

"Y/N... I-" Zenitsu cut himself off, tugging his haori, trying to think of what to say.

Tanjiro sighed, knowing he was alive, he quickly escaped the situation he was in.

"I just don't want to lose anyone no more." Zenitsu muttered, looking at his sword that was in your hand.

"What.." You blink, lifting your head. "What do you mean..."

"I lost everyone I ever cared about. Leaving me alone and scared." Zenitsu looked at you then made contact with the floor once again.

"It hurts. It hurts so much."

"It hurts so much that I just want to give up and die."

"I can't take it anymore."
Zenitsu rubbed his hair in distress, tears flooding his eyes.

"I can't let this happen again. Not that many times."

You stand there as Zenitsu breaks out in tears. You set his sword down, hugging him when you got the chance.

"Zenitsu. I'm so sorry. But, you still can't harm people because of that." You exhale.

"I know! But.."

"But, what if-"

"Zenitsu, please. Stop worrying. It'll be alright. You have me, and I have you." You gently tap his nose, letting go of his torso.

"Yeah, you're right.." Zenitsu sighed.

"I love you, Y/N."

"I love you more."
