~*~ You take a nice walk through the forest with your cousin, you haven't seen in awhile. You both joke around a bit, sharing a couple of laughs together.
“C'mon! I gotta show you something real quick!” You tug on your cousin's clothing, dragging them a bit. You two sit down by a nearby pond as you stare at the koi fish swiftly swimming through the water.
“Look! Look!” You signal your cousin to look at the fish beside you with a whisper, trying not to scare them away. “They're cute.” He responded with a calm tone. You were also a huge animal lover, meaning you loved nature and to get outside once in a while.
You both walk back to the Butterfly Mansion as you swing your cousin's hand back and forth, each time getting higher up. He tapped you on the shoulder, signaling you to stop your action a bit.
Muichiro was also a very close friend to you, meaning he felt a certain way about the person you've been spending lots of time with. That feeling was called jealousy.
Muichiro entered the garden, taking a glance at you, then your cousin concerningly. He paused, narrowing his eyes a bit. Muichiro took a breath before walking up to you.
In the corner of your eye, you saw Muichiro, you turned your head towards his direction. “Oh! Hello, Muichiro!” You gave him a kind smile, along with a wave.
Muichiro gave a small wave towards you, staring at your cousin for a while. You clear your throat, speaking once more. “Oh, right, you guys never met before. Muichiro, this is—”
“Hey, who are you.” Muichiro cut off your words, pointing a finger at your cousin. You open your mouth again trying to speak, though no words came out. Your cousin stood quietly, blinking at Muichiro. Your cousin took a glance at you with a slight shrug. Your cousin was also near the same age as Muichiro.
Finally getting to strength to speak, you quickly change the subject. “Aha! Well, um, Muichiro!” You get his attention, stammering over your words a bit. “May you um.. go get us some water real quick? Please?” A slight nervous chuckle escapes your mouth.
Muichiro hesitated a bit, eyeing the ground for a moment. He eventually gave a slight nod before dragging his body away with his head hung low. You lean your body fowards, trying to see Muichiro more as he slowly walked away. You felt slight regret, practically telling him to leave.
“Y/N? You alright?” Your cousin questioned, tapping your shoulder. You slightly jump, blinking a couple of time at them. “Oh, yeah. I'm fine!” You let out a small lie as you gave a nod.

Weeks went by as you and your spent more time together, more than Muichiro. You haven't seen Muichiro after that day your cousin and Muichiro 'met.' You began to grow a bit worried.
“Y/N, you've been quiet these past days, seriously, are you okay?” Your cousin got your attention as you snapped out of your gaze. You quickly turn your head over to their direction. “Hm? Sorry, I wasn't listening...” You mutter.
“Are you—” Your cousin stopped talking as you paused, feeling a force on your back. You find Muichiro hugging your backside, giving a slight glare at your cousin.
“Oh, um...” Your body shook a bit, caught off guard by Muichiro's sudden action. “Hello, Muichiro.” You gave a faint smile towards the young boy. A small grumble exited Muichiro's mouth as he kept an eye on your cousin.
“Should I leave?” You're cousin question, rising to his feet. Muichiro gave a quick nod to his head, trying to answer his question. “No, no, it's fine, stay!” You gave him a smile as he sat back down. Muichiro huffed, sitting next to you, leaning his body against yours.
“So, since we're all here, why not we actually introduce ourselves?” You speak up, eyeing Muichiro and your cousin. Since the two of them stood quiet for about a minute, you decide to do it for them.
“Muichiro, this is my cousin. This is Muichiro.” You turned to both of them as Muichiro paused for a moment, looking at you with slight widened eyes. You tilt your head to the side a bit with a blink. “What's wrong?” You ask.
“This.. is your cousin?” Muichiro questioned, pointing at him once again. You gave a nod. “Yeah! Why?” Muichiro dipped his head down a bit, immediately regreting the actions he had tooken.
“Muichiro? What's wrong?” You lean forward to see his face a bit more. “Sorry.” Muichiro muttered under his breath, lifting his head up. He made contact with your cousin, speaking again.
“I'm sorry for my actions. Your Y/N's cousin. I thought you were someone else, trying to steal her from me.” Muichiro grumbled, his face slowly dipping to the ground as he spoke more.
“Muichiro—”
“No, no, don't apologize. I was just misunderstood, apologies for that.” Your cousin cut your words off, giving a slight bow in respect. Muichiro gave a small nod, hugging your arm.
“Muichiro I... I never knew that, why didn't you tell me?” You lowered your voice.
“I didn't want to upset you.” Muichiro muttered stuffing his face into his oversized uniform in embarrassment.
“Upset me? Muichiro, you never upseted me. Never!” You hug to side of his body with a tight squeeze, causing him to show a small smile.
How cute we are...
