Iguro Obanai | Trust

Fun fact: Obanai was my first favorite Hashira.

You tend to like spending time with Obanai, though he doesn't feel any connection towards you. Yet.

You find Obanai in the Butterfly Garden, swinging his sword as part of his training.

He notices you behind him as he turns around looking at you confusingly.
"Do you need something?" He'd narrow his eyes at you, tapping his foot against the ground.

"Oh, I just wanted to check in on you. Y'know." You answer quickly, sitting down on the front porch as he continues to train.

Your goal for now is to get to know Obanai better, and to earn his trust, which isn't really working right now.

Kaburamaru, Obanai's snake also needs to earn your trust, since he has your eyes locked onto you.

As you see the Sun slowly sets underneath the clouds, Obanai enters the mansion.

You don't really want to cause attention towards yourself, but then again not look like a stalker.

You rise to your feet, entering the mansion. The warmth hits your body as soon as you walk in.

You find Obanai next to Mitsuri as they start a conversation. Although, you don't want to interrupt their chat.

You decide to wait, which feels like forever. A bit of jealousy washes over you as you see them both enjoying their time together.

When they both go their separate ways, you walk over to Obanai.
"Hey again. Quick question." You get his attention, thinking of something quickly.

"Want to maybe meet somewhere? Get to know you better?" You lower your voice.

"Surrre." He'd hesitate before deicing.

"Great! I'll talk to you tomorrow." You smile walking away.

You try not to make it really noticeable, so you start it off with something small, then work your way up.

Eventually, the day has come. Hopefully Obanai got your message.

You see him enter the mansion again as you both make eye contact.

"Hello!" You greet him as he waves back.

You both decide where to go, which is a nice lake. You spot ducks and geese over the lake.

You both sit down on a bench, as you start the conversation.

"So, should I start to talk about myself or you?" You clasp your hands together.

"I'll go first." Obanai nodded, as he spoke.

When you both talk about yourselves, the bond between you got a little closer, meaning the trust was higher.

You both share some jokes, having a great time with each other. Though eventually, it was almost dusk.

"I enjoyed this time with you. Thank you." You smile, getting up from the bench.
Obanai nodded, doing the same.

You both walk back to the Butterfly Mansion, for a peaceful walk.

Trust - Higher than before.

Results: Perfect day.

I think one of the reasons I actually liked him was probably because of Kaburamaru.
