Kong POV
My baby has been clingy since all those rumors died down, and the announcement of our relationship came out. Do I mind? Of course not, I love it when he is clingy. He is also hiding something from me, I'm not sure what. He always seems on edge when I come around. The last thing I want is for him to be on edge around me. That means I'm not doing my duties as his boyfriend and making him feel relaxed and safe.
We had a first agurement since matting. I could tell he was upset with me the other night when I got him from the gym. For once I read his mind as he walked away from me. It made me sad to think he had all those doubts. That he doubted me, doubted us. I will have to do better to ease his mind of all those doubts. I want him to look at me and know that this is real, and I will not leave him alone. I want him to know that I would never second guess why he was with me. I know him, he isn't like that.
"Hey Kong, you might want to see this" Oak says flipping his computer screen around. There on the screen was a live recording of the moon and star conference room. Arthit had another meeting a project they were doing with last year moon and star. When he told me about it, and how Ming was there, I felt more at ease with him being alone. I knew he would be safe.
"What am I looking at?" I asked confused. Arthit stood by the open door, looking around the room. There on the table was a long white box. My kitten looked scared. Why would he be scared of a box? I thought to myself. I watch him slowly approaches the table with the box on it. There is a note, but I am unable to see what it says. "Can you zoom in?" I asked. Oak nodded hitting a button on his keyboard making the camera zoom in. The images was blurry, but clear enough for me to see Arthit name written on it.
"What are you watching?" Tew asked as he sat down next to me. "Is that Arthit? Are you being a stalker now Kong?" he asked laughing. I waved his comment away, not taken my eyes off the screen. The three of us watch as Arthit opens the box slowly before dropping the lid and running to the nearest trashcan throwing up.
"What the fuck!" Tew exclaimed as he pointed to the box. My eyes stayed focus an Arthit as he slid down the wall hugging his legs.
"Is that a dead cat with black roses?" Oak asked trying to zoom in more. "Oh, fuck that is someone head!" he yelled. I was glad that we were in the hazer hall, and alone.
I pull out my phone calling Ming, as I rush out of the meeting hall.
"Hello?"
"Ming how close are you to the conference room for the moon and star meeting tonight?"
"I'm about ten yard away why?"
"Arthit got a package...don't touch it, and don't let anyone else touch it. I'm on my way."
The room where all the moon and star meetings are held is directly center of the university. The school did that, as to not show favoritism, to one study. The moment I hung up, I ran to the meeting hall, using the speed every vampire has. It took me less than twenty seconds to get there from the engineering building.
Ming was kneeling in front of Arthit, who was sobbing into his knees. Luckly no other students had shown up yet. I pull my phone out calling Aim.
"Hello?"
"Aim I need you to come here right now, we have an emergency. I'm with Arthit in the moon and star meeting room." I didn't bother to wait for an answer as I hung up, rushing over to Arthit. "Kitten?" I knelled down in front of him, taken Ming place. I waited a few minutes, but when he didn't respond to me; I place my hand on his shoulder gentle to get his attention. "baby can you look at me please?" I asked gentle. Arthit looked at me, tears streaming down his cheek. It broke my heart. "Oh baby" I said, gathering him in my arms. Arthit gripped the front of my shirt sobbing into my chest.
