Arthit stood there shocked. He never thought his parents, the people who were supposed to love and protect you, was kicking him out! What did he do? He came out. He was gay. He knew he liked men since the age of 12. His parents never once said anything negative about the LGBTQ community. They actually taught kids that were LGBTQ.
"You can't mean that!" Arthit yelled as he watches his mother pack his clothes. The sounds of something falling finally pulling him out of his shocked state.
"We do mean that! No son of ours is going to be gay! We did not raise you that way! Being gay is a sin!" His mother yelled back, as she threw his clothes into the suitcases on the bed. His father packing up his books.
"But...but where will I go? I have no place to go!" Arthit yelled, trying to stop his mom from packing more of his clothes.
"I'm sure one of your little gay friends will let you stay with them. We don't care." His father said. "I told you we never should have allowed him to hang out with those friends of his. It's all their fault"
"My friends didn't turn me gay! I've always been this way!" Arthit said feeling even more frustrated. The only person in his friend group that was gay was Tutah, the rest were straight as far as he knew. "Beside only Tutah is gay, the rest are not, so you can't even use that!" Arthit went to hug his mom only to be slapped in the face hard. His mother had never laid a hand on him before, so the hit was a total shock.
"Don't you touch me! I don't want a gay to every touch me" she hissed at him. "You have till the end of the day to pack up there rest of yoru stuff and get out. When we come back you better be out of here and this room better look as if nobody has ever lived here." She headed towards the door then stop. "I'm glad you came out now. The sooner we got rid of you. We were going to wait till your 18th birthday, but I guess now is better than ever. We are not your parents. You were forced upon us. We have been paid every month since we took you in to keep you. Allowing you to call us mom and dad. That ends now. Don't call us, don't come to the school, don't come back here. Leave by the end of the day, and never darken our doorstep again." Arthit looked at them shocked. Not his real parents? They were paid to take care of him? Who were his real parents then? The slamming of a door brought him out of his shocked. His parents.... the people who raised him, were dead serious. They wanted him out. Arthit felt like crying but he wouldn't. Though his heart felt heavy, why cry over people who never wanted him to begin with?
Arthit sat on Tutah couch all his belongs surrounding him. He couldn't think of any other place to go. Tutah at least "lived alone". His parents were always gone, away on business, so he always had their house to himself. "I can't believe the nerve of those assholes. Now I knew why I never like them" Tutah said, his voice clearly not hiding his emotions. Arthit watches as one of his best friends paces in front of him. When he called Tutah and explain, his friend didn't even hesitate to come and get him. All of a sudden, his friend stopped and looked at him. "You are going to need a job, and I know just the place! You can work with me!" Arthit eyes grew wide. All their friends new that Tutah worked at a call boy. He was not ashamed to admit it, but Arthit didn't know if that was for him. He hasn't even had his first kiss yet, let alone his first time. He wasn't the most romantic person, but he knew he didn't want his first time to be with a complete stranger.
"Tutah...I...I don't know about that" Arthit said rubbing his hands on his thighs.
"Oh, stop whatever your thinking. It's not like that. My company has two different contracts you can sign. One is where you sleep with your clients and the other has a very straight no sex, no intimate touching rule. That's the one we will sign you up for." Tutah said and Arthit relaxed after that. "Once we get you signed up and let them know your limits, we will start looking for apartments for you. As much as I love you, my parents won't allow you to stay here. And it's not because your gay" Arthit chuckled nodding his head.
