Arthit POV
"Hello cousin." My eyebrow shot up as I look at Ming. Why didn't I notice him when I first walked into this room? Maybe I was too focused on Lilly to pay attention to anything else. He is leaning against the fall wall, almost hidden in the darkness. His arms crossed over his chest; his legs crossed at the ankles. Why was he here? Why was he allowed to be here and not me? Why did I have to sneak to find this information and he didn't? Now I was annoyed.
"Ming...didn't Uncle Desha tell you, not to come inside this room?" Kong stated. I turn to look at him eyebrow drawn in confusion. Why the hell did Kong know Ming was going to be here? Was everyone going to keep this from me? I could feel my annoyance rise to getting pissed off.
"You really think I was going to listen to that? She has answer to questions we all need answering." Ming defended himself. "Beside you think my dad was going to stop me? It's either him or me, and you don't want him in here." He stated and I knew he was telling the truth. If Uncle Desha was left alone with her, he might kill her. I sighed loudly. This was getting out of hand.
"Well, whatever...when did you get here? How long have you been here? Has she talked?" Ming laughed shaking his head.
"Slow down Arthit. One question at a time. I got here shortly before Kong and Uncle Kerkkrai got here; you can ask my dad I came with him. I've only been in the room about five minutes. And no, she hasn't talked." I look at Lilly who has been siting quite. There were so many questions I had for her, that I didn't know where to start.
"Why?" was the only thing I could think of. She looked at me up and down before rolling her eyes.
"Why what?" she sneered.
"Why the messages? Why the threats? What did I ever do to you?" I elaborated.
"You never did anything to me personally. It's what your parents did to my parents. It's what you did and still doing to my best friend." She said.
"I've done nothing to Chanthira. I didn't even know who she was till you or her started the rumors. Is it my fault that Kong and I are mates and not them?" I asked her seriously. Nobody had control over who their mates are. Why would she even think that.
"You could have rejected him. If you didn't come around then they would have been together."
"No, the fuck we wouldn't be." Kong answer. "I would never have dated her. She isn't my type. Just because our fathers work together, doesn't mean I would have been with her." Lily looked at him her lip curled in a sneer.
"You are only saying that because the whore you call a mate is standing right in front of you. If he wasn't here I'm sure you would be singing a different tone."
"Has it just been you this whole time? Or have other people been involved? I remember two other people a girl in one of my classes and a male. They took me from a party Kong, and I were attending." I asked her quickly changing the subject.
"The girl is my cousin, and the male is her mate. They were supposed to keep you locked up and away from Kong so Chanthira could move in. With you out of the way Kong and Chanthira could finally be together. The assholes couldn't even do that right though. You got out, and Kong was waiting for you."
"We are mates. You really think it would have been that easy to separate us?" I asked her. "Did you really think that Kong wouldn't go looking for me? Wouldn't try to find me? Wouldn't go to the ends of the earth to bring me back to him?" I asked her astonished and how delusional she was.
"Yes! You are nothing but his plaything. If you really were his mate, then he would have felt the pull before that night in the club. He would have felt it the night he saved you from that Asnee, but he didn't. He would have felt the pull the three months he was stalking you before the night at the club." I look at her. How did she know he didn't feel the pull that first night? I felt something that night.
