Back to school

Sunday January 10th

School starts again tomorrow, but we have to catch the train at 11 am on platform 9 3/4, Ginny and I are in the room packing the last stuff up before leaving, Molly has promised to drive us all, to the station. Molly is calling from downstairs: "We leave in five minutes, come on down"
The most of our stuff is already at school I just have the bag from the quest. We get in the car Molly took Fred, George and Ron to the station first so the rest of us can fit in the car. We arrive at kings cross and we get on platform 9 ¾ just in time for the train to come in. Molly hugs all of us, and we get into the train, in a compartment with Ginny, Luna and Neville, and in the compartment across from us is Hermione, Ron and Harry. Without realising I take Ginny's hand. I see that Luna and Neville share a look and then Luna asks: "So Ginny, did you break up with Harry?"
Ginny: "Yeah I did"
Neville: "I thought you were doing good"
Ginny: "We were, but I was never really in love with him"
Luna: "So you and Harlow are together?"
"Not officially, but we are dating"
Luna: "Good for you, how long?"
"Not that long"

Hermione comes into our compartment saying: "Harlow, its time to change into your ropes, we are nearly at Hogwarts"
"Thanks sis"
I take my bag and follow her to an empty compartment at the end of the train, we change together and she helps me tie my tie and says: "You need to learn to do this yourself, I won't be here to do it for you when I have graduated"
"I know, I will learn"
Hermione: "Good, but for now, you are good to go"
"Thanks"
Hermione: "Now go back to Ginny"
I leave Hermione alone in the compartment and come back to Ginny, Neville and Luna already changed into their ropes as well.

Back in my room with Hermione, I unpack and say: "Are you okay?"
Hermione: "I'm fine"
"Hermione,"
Hermione: "What"
She snaps at me and I can see that she is really stressed
"Hey, sit down for a second"
Her breath gets deeper and faster, and she sits down on my bed, I lay a hand on her back and say: "Breath with me"
She nods
"Inhale" She inhales and I say: "Good now exhale"
We go that a couple times and after Hermione breathe normal again she says: "What was that?"
"I don't know, maybe a panic attack"
Hermione: "I don't get those"
"Maybe this will be the only one, you have been stressed lately"
Hermione nods and we keep unpacking.

At dinner in the dining hall Dumbledore stands up and says: "I hope you all had a good winter break, and are ready for the next six months of the school year, let the feast begin"
On the table in front of us appear the traditional feast, and Ron is stuffing himself like usual.
Back in my room I change to my pyjamas and head straight to bed. Hermione sits on my bed side saying: "Thank you for always being here for me"
"Always, we are sisters, that is what sisters are for"
Hermione: "You are right, now get some sleep we have a few classes tomorrow"
"Which classes?"
Hermione: "We have potions together and then I have herbology and defence against dark arts"
"Then I have transfiguration and care of magical creatures"
Hermione: "Did you do your homework?"
"I did"
Hermione: "Did you?"
"Yeah Ginny and I studied yesterday"
Hermione: "Well I don't know if I believe you"
"Then ask me something from potions"
Hermione: "Okay what is the best way to extract juice from the Sopophorous Bean?"
"You crush it don't cut it, even if that's what the recipe says"
Hermione: "Good then what about, What is a non-side effect of Elixir to induce Euphoria?
"Excessive sweating duh"
Hermione: Can you do the same in care of magical creatures?"
"Yeah, it's my best class, ask me anything"
Hermione: "Which creature is known to steal things?
"Nifflers"
Hermione: "How do you greet a Hippogriff?
"With a bow obviously"
Hermione: Okay last one"
"Bring it"
Hermione: "Which of these creatures' blood will keep a human alive?
"That's easy, a unicorn"
Hermione: "You really are good huh"
"I never said that I wasn't"
Hermione: "I will go to bed now, goodnight"
"Night"
I am smart, but I will never be better than Hermione.
