In the shadow of Hermione Granger.

The centaur:

Monday November 11th

I sit at my desk drawing, when I look up, I see the sun is starting to set, I get up and go to Ginny's room. I knock four times and Ginny opens almost immediately and says exited: "Are you ready?"

"Yes, lets go"
Together we go down to the edge of the forbidden forest, and we come just in time to see the white centaur running around, Hagrid was right he's bigger than all of the others, surrounded by other centaurs, he's shooting arrows at target discs he doesn't miss one, as we enter the forest he comes trotting over to us and says: "Hello, my name is Melas, has Hagrid sent you?"

Ginny: "Yes, Hagrid sent us"

Melas (Centaur): "Good, just to be sure. You, red hair, Ginny Weasley, six brothers and youngest Weasley?"

Ginny nods and Melas' eyes goes on me and he says: " muggleborn, wavy bushy brown hair you mustbe the little sister to Hermione Granger?"

I nod an Melas continues: "Good now I know who you are, then let me show you the cave of wisdom."

We start walking Melas in the front and all the other centaurs behind us.

After walking for 15 minutes, we arrive in front of a big cave, Melas knocks on the door, first three times, then twice and then three times again. The door swings open and Melas, Ginny and I enter the cave. Inside the cave I see millions of crystals in different shades of purple and blue. Melas stops and says: "The page you are looking for, is on a crystal who stands out, that crystal will lead your to the master of the cave and he will give you two more pages"

Ginny looks confused at me and says: "So we have to find a crystal that stands out? But in which way?"

Melas: "You will know when you find it"

Ginny: "But how could we know if it's the right one, if we don't know what we are looking for"
Melas: "You'll know"

I turn to Melas but he's gone, then I turn to Ginny and says confused: "Where did he go?"

Ginny: "I don't know, he just vanished"

"Okay, I am so confused!"

Ginny: "I am too, but I think we just have to keep our eyes open for a different crystal"

I nod and we start looking. All the crystals look the same, we look for anything different, sizes, colours etc. After a while we feel like we have looked at every crystal and all of them are blue and purple. I lean on a block of crystals, and Ginny gasp: "Look Harlow, there's a passage."

"You are right, let's go into it maybe the different crystal is in there."

Ginny: "Maybe you are right, let's go"

Ginny takes my hand and we go into the passage, it looks dark from the outside but when we enter the tunnel lights up with thousands of fireflies, we follow the tunnel until it part ways, Ginny looks at me and says: "Which way?"

"I don't know."

The firefly swarm around us and I see crystals in both tunnels, but the one on the right is changing colours from blue to purple to a dark pink. And on the left, the crystals are just the same shades of blue and purple as the ones in the cave. I squeeze Ginny's hand and lead her into the tunnel on the right. She hesitantly follows me, she tightens her grip on my hand as we see a white light at the end of the tunnel. We keep going and we enter the light, we stand in the light for a second and then it vanishes, we realize that it wasn't a light but white smoke, the smoke disappears and in front of us appears a six feet tall magenta crystal. We walk around it and on the back is a blank page, I take it down and put it in my bag. Ginny looks at me and says: "Why was it blank?"

"I don't know, maybe the information we need is written in invisible ink."

Ginny: "Maybe, but how do we get that information, if it's in invisible ink"

"Hermione would know."

Ginny: "But can we find this cave again?"

"I'm not sure, maybe its possible to send an owl to Hermione for help"
Ginny: "We could do that, but we need an owl"

"Did you really think I would leave Astra in her cage, she's used to get out of the cage around 4 pm"

Ginny: "So she's here"

"Yes, she's outside."

Ginny: "How do you call her to you?"

"Like this"

I transform into an owl and hoots three times.

Ginny looks impressed as I transform back and Astra lands on my shoulder.

Ginny: "I forgot you could do that"

"Its awesome right?"

Ginny: "So awesome, but we still need paper"

"I have paper and my quill in my bag."

I reach into my bag and find paper and quill, and start writing on the paper: "We need help finding out what's written on this page, we think its written in invisible ink"

I attach my note and the blank page to Astra, and she flies off.

I turn to Ginny and says: "Now we just wait"
