Cheating?

Monday February 29th

Monday morning and I have potions with Professor Snape, he is more irritable than normal, he's pacing back and forth through the class room asking impossible questions that he hasn't even taught us yet. And if a student doesn't get it right he slams his wand on the desk. I don't even try to answer because I know I will get it wrong. He keeps asking questions, finally with 20 minutes left of class he says: "Class dismissed" Ginny and I start to pack up, but just before we leave Snape yells: "Not so fast, miss Granger, miss Weasley get back in here" we do as he says, and walk up to his desk, he is standing with two pieces of paper, one in each hand. He looks disappointed on us and says: "How is it possible that both of you have the exact same answers on the test from last month?"
"Because we answered the same questions Professor?"
"Every single question is answered exactly identical, except one, miss Weasley, have you been copying miss granger"
Ginny: "No professor, I sat behind her that day, as you asked me to"
Professor Snape: "Liar, you two always sit beside each other"
"Ginny isn't lying, I sat beside Hermione that day, because you asked Ginny to sit behind me"
Professor Snape: "Miss granger are you implying that you cheated off, no other than your own sister?"
"I can assure you that I have answered some wrong and Hermione hasn't"
Professor Snape: "Let's check shall we"
Professor Snape turns around and finds Hermione's test and hold hers up against mine after observing both tests carefully he says disappointed: "Your answers are not the same, some of them are close, but Hermione only got 85% where you got 100%"
"Can that be right?"
Professor Snape: "I never make mistakes miss granger not when it comes to grading tests, congratulations you are top of the class"
I can't believe it, I scored higher than Hermione, that has never happened before.
Professor Snape: "And with you two, I have decided that you didn't cheat"
"Thank you professor"
Professor Snape: "Now get out here, you don't want to be late for your next class"
The truth is, that potions was our only class today, out in the hallway Ginny asks: "Did he seem wired today?"
"He might need a vacation"
Ginny: "You are probably right, but how did you get 100% on the test?"
"Honestly I have no idea, the answers were so easy, I'm just more surprised that Hermione only got 85%, I don't think that has ever happened before"
Ginny: "That is a surprise for me too, are you going to tell her?"
"No I will let snape handle that"
Ginny: "That's maybe for the best anyway"
"What are we going to do for the rest of the day?"
Ginny: "We could go to the three broomsticks and get butterbeers?"
"Good idea, should we make it a date or maybe we could invite Neville and Luna, it's a long time since we have been hanging out with them?"
Ginny: "Sure we can ask them"
