Chapter 25

Katsuki swung around the corner at the end of the block, his mind a whirlwind of worry and rage.

"I swear, if those extras lay a finger on you, I'll-" he growled, but his thoughts were interrupted by the sound of explosions and screams coming from the direction of the clinic. His pace quickened as he approached the scene of the attack, and without a second thought, he rocketed through a hole blasted into the side of the building.

Katsuki burst through the hole, skidding to a halt, his eyes taking in the chaotic scene before him. Heroes were battling a mob of villains, and the air was thick with smoke and the sound of explosions echoing through the halls.

He clenched his fists, his focus laser-sharp on finding Izuku and getting him the hell out of here. His heart pounded in his chest as he pushed his way through the crowds of people, scanning each face for a glimpse of green hair and freckles.

Making his way through the hallway, he suddenly heard a familiar but faint voice cry out in pain. It was Izuku's voice, and it seemed to be coming from one of the observation rooms nearby.

That's Deku.

Without hesitation, Katsuki rushed towards the source of the sound, only to be confronted by a group of villains barreling towards him for a fight, determined to stop him from reaching Izuku. They readied their quirks, itching for a fight.

He didn't flinch.

Katsuki's face contorted into a fierce scowl. "Get the hell out of my way!" he growled, his palms glowing with explosive energy. He had faced tough opponents before, and he knew he could take on these villains if it meant getting to Izuku. He charged towards the group, his hands crackling louder as he prepared to take them on.

The villains rushed towards him, launching their own attacks, but Katsuki's adrenaline-fueled senses allowed him to dodge and counter with his explosive blasts. One by one, he took them down with his powerful quirk.

Suddenly the hair on the back of his neck stood on end, feeling an incoming attack from behind.

Shit, I can't dodge fast enough.

But before he was struck, a wall of ice shot out slamming into the villain behind him, freezing them in place. Katsuki turned to see Todoroki standing behind him with his hand outstretched, his own quirk on display.

"Half-and-half," Katsuki noted, a hint of gratitude in his voice as he turned back towards the remaining villains.

"What's going on, I thought you were charged with caring for Midoriya?" He questioned.

"He was brought here for a check-up and this shit happened," Katsuki said clenching his teeth. Todoroki nodded, his expression serious. "We need to work together if we're going to get to Midoriya," he said, approaching Katsuki.

Though he scowled, Katsuki nodded in agreement, appreciating the help.

He charged towards the remaining villains in the hallway, his anger brimming, fueling his explosive quirk. His eyes narrowed, and his teeth gritted together in a fierce scowl.

"Get the hell out of my way!" he roared, his voice booming with fury.

As the villains closed in on them, Katsuki's anger and fury drove his explosive quirk to new heights, obliterating anything in their path. He poured all his emotions into each blast, obliterating anything and anyone that stood in their way. Todoroki worked in unison, his ice quirk disabling any enemies that managed to escape Katsuki's wrath.
