Chapter 30

Monday morning arrived, and Katsuki's frustration was already simmering as he left Izuku at home. He knew that today would be a chaotic day for them, given the ongoing discussions and speculations surrounding Izuku and their relationship. However, nothing could have prepared him for the frenzied scene that awaited him outside his agency.

As Katsuki approached, the crowd of paparazzi erupted into a flurry of questions, their voices overlapping and cameras flashing incessantly. They were like hungry vultures, eager to pounce on any scrap of information, desperate for a statement, and fueled by the curiosity surrounding Izuku's situation.

Katsuki's crimson eyes narrowed, his jaw clenched tightly as he pushed past the paparazzi, Ignoring their pleas and questions, his anger palpable in the air around him. The journalists instinctively stepped back, knowing better than to provoke the explosive hero, lest they wanted to face his wrath. The aura of power he exuded was enough to make them cautious.

"Dynamight, can you confirm if Midoriya's return means he's coming back as a pro hero?"

"Did you have any involvement in his disappearance for the last few weeks? What are you hiding?"

"Is it true that you and Midoriya have been secretly dating all this time?"

"Are you using your influence as a hero to protect him?"

"Will your relationship with Midoriya affect your ability to be a reliable hero?"

"Is it true that Midoriya was spotted during the attack at the clinic that was attacked by possible LOV supporters? What does this mean for the safety of heroes?"

"Are you and Deku actually in a relationship? What are your thoughts about how your fans will react?"

The barrage of questions felt like daggers, each one piercing his mind and adding to the already mounting frustration. The paparazzi's incessant curiosity and relentless pursuit of a story grated on his nerves. He had anticipated the scrutiny, but witnessing the media's frenzy firsthand only fueled his protectiveness over Izuku.

As the questions kept coming, Katsuki's nostrils flared, and his patience wore thin. His temper reached its boiling point, and without warning, he abruptly turned, his quirk crackling with explosive energy.

The paparazzi, sensing the impending danger, took an instinctive step back, their expressions shifting from eagerness to panic. The once chaotic frenzy turned into a scene of disarray as they stumbled over one another in their haste to retreat.

With a fierce scowl, Katsuki halted just a few steps away from the startled paparazzi, his quirk crackling ominously, sending embers of energy dancing in the air. The raw power emanating from him was enough to make them cower in fear.

"I've had enough of your bullshit!" Katsuki's voice boomed with authority, his eyes ablaze with intensity. "I won't stand by and let you exploit Deku's situation for your damn ratings!"

His powerful presence commanded attention, and the paparazzi trembled, momentarily silenced by his fierce anger.

"You want a statement? Fine! Here it is," Katsuki continued, addressing them all, his voice dripping with anger. "Deku is healing, and I won't let anyone jeopardize that. Leave us the hell alone and back off!"

With his message delivered, Katsuki turned on his heel, his aura radiating dominance and protection. He stormed back towards the agency's entrance, leaving the stunned paparazzi in his wake.
