Bechloe/Sendrick One Shots

I wanted to try writing a Sendrick one-shot, but I'm just gonna stick it in with the other Bechloe ones! Also this is written from Anna's POV :)

We started filming Pitch Perfect 2 last week, and it's been so much fun. I missed all of the girls so much, so it's been great to see all of them. Especially Brittany. Her and I get along so well, and I'm just always happy around her.

This morning Brittany and I had a scene together, and it happened to be the first shot of the day. We had to get to the set by 5:30 am, but luckily our hotel was pretty close.

"Ready?" Brittany asked in the lobby. She had thankfully called our Uber already because I was running a little late.

"Ready, but tired." I respond.

She grabbed my arm and gave me a playful shake. I knew this would be a good day once I wasn't a half-asleep zombie. We hopped into the Uber and headed over to set.

"See you in ten!" I said as we split off to our trailers.

I changed into my "Beca" outfit, which was just jeans and a blue tee shirt for this scene.

"Brittany! Anna!" Our director called from outside the trailers.

It must be time to go on.

Britt and I eventually completed filming our scene, and it went really well. Scenes with her always go well, though.

Later that morning, the rest of the cast showed up to film a scene all together. We had to do all of these crazy activities at a campground run by "Aubrey" in the movie.

We had to get in the mud and try to get across these huge planks. It was actually pretty hard, but maybe it would've been easier without Britt laughing at me the whole time. I couldn't keep a straight face, especially when we were both covered in mud and had to help each other across.

I got to have a pretty long break in the day, and so did Brittany. We hung out in her trailer for a while, but then it was back to filming. Still at the campground, except for now it was night. The whole cast huddled into a single tent where we had to not only talk but also sing. Britt and I had a little dialogue just between each other, but I couldn't focus during it one bit. Our faces were just centimeters apart, and I had to stare into her eyes the entire scene. Her eyes definitely aren't hard to look at, but they sure are distracting. I kept messing up my lines, and then she would tease me and it was an endless cycle. Eventually we did get the scene down, and that was the last of it for the day. We could finally head back to our hotel rooms and relax in a place that isn't tiny and on wheels. The girls made plans to get drinks tonight, but I have to call my girlfriend first. During filming days it's hard to get a chance to talk which is never fun.

I've been dating Maddie for almost a year now, but she lives back in LA. It sucks having to film in Louisiana because I can't go home to her like I can when I'm filming in LA. At least there's always FaceTime, though.

After showering and grabbing a quick bite to eat, I called Maddie.

"Hey, babe."

"Hi, how was work?" Maddie asked.

"It was awesome. We had such a fun filming day because we got to do all of these little stunt things. Brittany and I had a few fun scenes together too." I explain.

"Oh yeah, how's Brittany?"

"She's going good! She just got back from a trip across Europe, so she had a ton of stories for me. You know how much I love talking to Britt, so I was excited she had stuff for me." I joked. I could see Maddie's expression change, but I wasn't sure in what way. She didn't look mad, or sad, but not happy either.
