Asthma

(Y/n) finishes breakfast then puts on her running shoes.
"Baby bird, where are you going?" Hawks asks, walking over to his girlfriend.
"My morning jog."
"Jog? Then don't forget your inhaler."
"Don't worry I'm not going too far. I'll be fine."
Before he can object she puts in her headphones and jogs out of the apartment.
Hawks sighs and shakes his head. "She should be fine if it's not too far. She knows her limits."

As the time flies by, Keigo frowns and looks at the clock.
"She said not that far. She's been gone way too long." He walks to the door but quickly turns around and grabs her inhaler. The blonde leaves the apartment and goes flying around.
(Y/n) pants as she jogs farther.
I won't get stronger if I don't push myself. I'll be fine if I drink and pace myself.
Unfortunately that isn't the case.

As she jogs through the forest she could feel her chest constricting.
An attack was coming but she didn't want to stop.
Push through it. You'll be fine.
She was not.
Her legs give out and she collapses against a tree.
(Y/n) pants heavily and clutches her chest.
Dammit! Keep going. You're being weak!
Keigo looks around and finally spots his girlfriend.

"Baby bird!" He yells and lands next to her.
(Y/n) looks at her boyfriend quickly and grips his jacket.
He quickly holds up her inhaler and she immediately uses it. "What were you thinking?!" He scolds.
Tears stream down her cheek as she finally gets her breath back.
"You could've died!" He yells and looks into her eyes.
"I'm sorry," she whispers. "I just wanna get stronger."
Keigo frowns and holds her close, rubbing her back. "Baby bird," he whispers.
She cries softly into his chest.
"There are other ways to help you besides pushing yourself. This was dangerous. Promise me you won't do this again."
"I'm sorry," she repeats.
"Promise me," he repeats.

(Y/n) sniffles and wipes her face. "I promise."
"I will help you in any way I can, baby bird. I know it's difficult but we can do this. How about we visit the doctor tomorrow and ask?" He offers and rubs her arms.
The woman looks down then nods. "Ok," she mumbles.
The blonde lifts her chin then kisses her cheek. "I love you."
"I love you too Birdie."
